Dealt with the salesman Michael Kirk, very polite and knowledgeable. I bought a Peugeot off him, very nice car in good condition. Could not recommend them enough, ask for Michael if you visit and he will make sure you're looked after.

Absolutely love our car. Dan and Tom were very helpful and knowledgeable, and quickly answered any of our queries. Unfortunately after having the car a few months I changed my mind! The car had a longstanding fault which they failed to recognise/fix although it occurred before the warranty expired. They just reset the computer and said it was just the computer forgetting what to do forgetting what to do

The team at 1st car are great. Main dealer service with family garage prices. I trust them to service my Audi - and even told my daughter to get her car from them. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I don't even live in Hull so it's a bit of a drive for me - but worth the peace of mind.

Popped into 1st Car mid March 2017 to see a Volvo V50 that i liked the look of. Was extremely impressed with the car and also the staff (Tom and Dan) who were friendly & knowledgeable without being pushy. Ended up buying the car and they didn't hesitate in looking at a minor problem (not covered by the warranty) a few weeks later (at no cost). Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

I bought a car from here 6 years ago and had a really good experience. This included being able to use the warranty for an electric window which broke after a few weeks of owning it. They replaced the motor with no quibble, and I had no further problems. I've just been back to upgrade my car, traded in my old one. Again, a fab experience! Dan sourced the exact kind of car I was looking for and Tom sold it to me. Really pleased and would fully recommend.

Good quality cars, well priced, friendly staff, hassle free apply for finance online through Ryan signed documents that was sent to me through blue motor finance on email, didn't even have to go in car was ready to pick up 3 days later was nervous with not seeing it but got there everything was as promised car was spotless and ready to go didnt even have to send logbook off or tax it everything was done other than switching my insurance... highly recommended!

I bought a Renault Laguna in January this year. After looking at Audi and vw Passat estate car, I saw the Laguna estate for sale at £2995 with 99000 miles. I got 200 miles of fuel, 6 months tax, 1 years mot, service, valet and all advisories including bearings, and brakes. Tom and Dan were very professional and did the work as promised. ( I FURTHER CONFIRMED THE WORKED HAD BEEN CARRIED OUT BY MY TRUSTY LOCAL GARAGE)😁 very happy with the service and vehicle thanks again James riley.

Before you buy a second hand car, check first car out. I looked everywhere but came back to first car. Great all round service and price. And friendly helpful staff.
