Absolute pleasure dealing with Andy. I bought an Audi A6 which I was very pleased with. After a week the engine management light came on. The car needed glow plugs. Andy was very decent and we came to an arrangement between us which I thought was more than fair. A few months on and I am still delighted with the car. Lovely guy, very understanding and flexible, was prepared to wait for us to get finance in place. Great communication, always replied to messages promptly.
