We've been buying cars for 60yrs and have just bought for the first time without seeing the car. Autocars, Willerby, Hull are around 300 miles away from us but as it turns out we don't care. We have received all the help and information we could have asked for, all promises kept and the service and delivery were first class. No pushy salesmanship and no nonsense, we dealt with Paul from the start and would be pleased to do so again.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! When my car suddenly needed replacing, even with Covid restrictions firmly in place, Karl was able to find me just what I needed. With plenty to choose from and no pressure to make any decisions, it was such a relief to get sorted knowing I was being dealt with so well. Having recently bought a Mercedes C220 from Autocars I knew when it was time to change our other family car we would return to them. We were impressed previously with the friendly, efficient and thorough way the purchase was handled. We were not looking for a specific model in mind but decided to have a look at what Autocars had in stock. We met Gary again and spoke to him at length and were drawn to a Mazda CX5. As we own an MX5 already we knew what to expect of these cars and felt this could be an ideal replacement for our Santa Fe. We spoke at length with Gary and decided to have a think about it. Within three hours we had returned, test driven the car and the done the deal! The car was collected within three days and, as expected, was beautifully presented. Gary, Paul and Karl are a credit to their profession, always being true to their words and dealing with customers in a polite, friendly manner and certainly not using any form of pressure selling. My 1st encounter buying a car from a smaller car dealer. I've normally used the bigger type dealers. The car buying process from start to finish was above and beyond any expectations. Found a car that’s i liked. Called Carl at Autocars. From first contact to eventually purchasing the car two weeks later, Carl and his team were very patient and understanding. They went out of there way to make it easy for me. Carl stayed over an hour after closing to sort my finance out. Never once did he complain. In fact he was very calm, friendly and has a great sense of customer service.

I always take reviews with a pinch of salt. But Autocars is the real deal. I wanted the most car for the least money and I found it at a more than fair price. The car was clean when I did my test drive. When I went back it had been valeted again so well that it looked and felt brand new. Fully serviced and warrantied, it drives like a dream. Gary looked after us but he never sold us a car - we bought it because Autocars had done the proper preparation to make it an easy decision for us. This is used car sales done properly. You can never truly know how a used car will be until you've driven it for a while but having a garage that cares about its customers and its cars is a very good place to start.

I purchased a 2011 BMW 320D Touring from Karl at Autocars in January '17, as the warranty is just expired I thought I would share my thoughts. At the time of purchase my previous car had just died with 220000 miles on the clock. I discussed my requirements with Karl (larger car to accommodate my growing family) reliable and able to eat up motorway miles. There was nothing in stock which I fancied at the time we spoke but Karl said he would keep an eye out for something suitable. A week later he called and offered me a top spec BMW, although the mileage was a bit higher that I wanted at just over 60,000, Karl assured me it would come with a good warranty so I went for it. The car has been almost faultless; a split hose left me with a car that could have cost me a lot of money were it not for the warranty :) Karl's team liaised with the warranty provider and the car was promptly repaired through my usual local garage. Overall I would definitely recommend Autocars UK, our lease car is due for return soon, I will certainly be speaking to Karl and the team before anyone else.

I travelled from Essex to collect my audi Q5 and saved money as there price was the best on the market for the specification and model I was looking for. I could not recommend these guys any higher.
