Purchased a 2 Series Coupe and dealt with Mark Storey, who was excellent throughout the whole process. He kept in regular contact and was genuine and honest. We drove over 130 miles to view and test drive the car, which ended up being late in the day on a Sunday, but we didn’t feel pressured at all. We purchased the car and arranged collection the following weekend. Mark discovered an issue with the car (a scratch) the day before collection and whilst we were obviously very disappointed, we were glad it was noticed and going to be sorted. It was and we picked the car up the following weekend. Mark picked us up from the hotel and the car was presented to us in superb condition. We are rather fussy when it comes to car cleaning/detailing, so it was nice to see such a good job had been done. A few BMW goodies were “thrown in” because of the inconvenience, which was a really nice touch. To summarise, fabulous customer service from Mark and the team at Hull. Very pleased.

BMW Hull have given me an excellent service while purchasing my new BMW 3 Series. Praise for William! I bought a used bmw from this branch in January. Much of the communication was done over the phone as I live 4 hours away. I finally came to see the car after lengthy communication and was please that the car was in the exact condition as I had been told which made it well worth the trip. I ended up purchasing said vehicle and paid for it to be delivered to me. Unfortunately the logistics company cancelled my delivery on the day my car was supposed to arrive. William went above and beyond, and drove over 10 hours in one day to ensure my car still came the day we agreed so that I wouldn’t be left without transport! If that’s not service I don’t know what is. Honest and reliable company, I would definitely recommend Stratsone Hull and wouldn’t think twice about using them again.

The tyre pressure warning light come on on the way home after picking up the car. Had to stop at a garage and check tyre pressures which were way out. After adding air we reset the tyre pressure monitor and all was well.

I've recently bought a car from Stratstone BMW Hull, I was very well looked after by Bash the sales representative there and have been really pleased with the customer service from him. We bought our first BMW about 11 months ago. Overall we've been very happy with it. We've had experiences of Renault, Nissan, & Hyundai main dealers over our last few cars. The local Hyundai dealership were incredibly poor, so much so that we'd never ever consider buying a Hyundai again. They make great cars, but when you can't rely on the dealership, then it's a non starter. I say all of that to get to a point, and that is to say that Stratstone BMW in 2020 have not let us down. Sure enough we've had issues with the car, issues that you wouldn't have expected on such a newish car, but they've been taken care of under warranty... without fuss, or a "stewards enquiry" like at some places 😅 The staff are friendly & efficient, and have they've always done what they've said they're going to. If you're thinking about buying a BMW, then you can be confident that Stratstone will look after you. We've enjoyed driving our BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer over the year, but in two weeks time, it'll be traded in for a brand new Tesla... looking forward to being able to listen to DAB again, hopeless radio in the BMW... not the fault of the dealership, but come on you German boffins put an aerial in future 2 Series that's fit for purpose 🤣 There's a few Google reviews here that aren't so positive, so I thought we'd chuck in our two penny worth for balance... great dealership, we couldn't fault the service there. I had a great experience purchasing a M2 Competition from BMW Hull. They were able to offer the best price I could find anywhere in the country and they were efficient in arranging the deal and the car quickly. The car was delivered on the date expected and the handover was smooth. James Black was an excellent salesperson and always answered my queries quickly. After signing the order form I did have a few worries about the car been right for me but James was quickly able to arrange a full 24 hour test drive in an M2 Competition me just to put my mind at ease it was the right car for me. Around a month after my purchase James phoned me to ask how the car was going which I appreciated as no other dealers have done this for me before in the many new cars I have bought in the past. Only leaving 4 out of 5 as around 2 months after picking up the M2 I enquired to get the running in service completed at BMW Hull but they quoted a price very expensive compared to other BMW dealers and offered me no goodwill even though the car was purchased from them. BMW York offered a much better price. Also I find it odd how some dealers (BMW Hull included) do not allow the customer to provide engine oil for the service. This can save around £100 on the cost of the service since dealers mark-up oil so much. The person on the phone claimed they used a 'special' oil which is clearly not true. As long as the right spec for the car thats all that matters. BMW York provided the service instead at a better price and allowed me to provide my own oil. But overall good experience with BMW Hull, would recommend and use again

My experience at this place has always been positive. Sometimes they can be a bit pricey, but the team is always willing to come up with something that will work, they really do stretch for the customer to make things possible and no matter what issues have ever arisen, I always walk out of the place with a smile on my face at the end of it. Both the service desk and the sales team are reasonable, you just have to ask. The best part is people you've dealt with before remember you, and will stop by to say hi and ask how you are if they walk by even when they are clearly busy, a fantastic touch which really elevates the customer experience.

Buying a new (or more accurately, used) car is supposed to be a fun experience. Shame it doesn’t happen like that in the norm. Spotted a car on the AUC website, it was described well, it drove well and it was priced right. So, was it worth hours travelling to see it? It was. The “sales” team had a brief chat, but the support staff are great and friendly. Felt like a “customer” and expected to be let down but they did what they said they would do. If I was able to deal with 1 person, from start to finish, I would have been so impressed. Despite that, worth a visit.

Having been let down with another dealer on attempts to purchase a new BMW M140i I enquired with Matthew from Stratstone BMW Hull and was delighted to hear they had one. I’ve bought several new cars over the years and I have to say, wow, these guys are impressive. Matthew the new car sales chap is a gem, he does what he says he is going to do and timely too. So focused and works hard to make things happen. So impressed, these guys have restored my faith in dealers. She was very friendly and helpful sorting out a mistake that wasn't even caused by Stratstone Hull but by the shocking performance of Evans Halshaw Kia Hull. Can not reccomend these guys enough from buying to hand over. I found an x3 from these guys that was at to good a deal to pass over. Matthew in sales was very professional and went above and beyond for me as he knew i was coming a fair distance to collect the car. To jess and jenny in the handover team both made me feel very welcome when i arrived to bmw to collect the car , they had me collected from the station on time.
