The whole team were helpful from the beginning and gave some sound advice, I didn’t realise T&S could source me a car that wasn’t in their showroom. However Saul was assisting me and went through a consultation over the phone with me what type of cars I had in mind, ‘my must haves and my would likes’ including affordability etc.
I ended up walking away with my ‘wish list’ within my monthly payment price budget as I decided to take out finance on my purchase. Saul also arranged for a collected over a bank holding which I felt was going above and beyond to ensure I received my new car asap so I only had a couple of days cross over period. I was kept informed at each stage along the way. Would recommend to my family and friend’s :)

T. M.Just to be transparent I'm in the trade, we're a family company that has been at the same premises for the last 54 years.
We buy all of our cars through the trade and only buy through people that we have known and trusted for many years.
We were introduced to T&S Elite Cars through a mutual connection and as they're about 60 miles away we also looked at their Google reviews which seemed ok so we agreed to purchase a car from them.
Dave was our point of contact there and when we went to collect it, he picked us up from the train station, took us for a coffee and offered a sandwich which tbh in the Motortrade is virtually unheard of.
In fact it is something that we do ourselves so it was refreshing to see another company offering the same courtesy.
The car we purchased was valeted to a high standard, it was better than described and all the paperwork was there for me to view straight away including the all important certificate of clearance
Showing it had no finance on it or any adverse issues whatsoever.
Definitely a 5 Star company with 5 Star staff.
