Looking for a car for my daughters boyfriend after a terrible experience with Drive in Bury St Edmunds, found Adrian Hart Cars Ltd in Ipswich with an extensive list of good quality high spec Ford Fiesta’s to choose from. Absolutely fantastic service on our recent car purchase. Adrian was not pushy in the slightest and couldn't have been more helpful. He bent over backwards to make sure the car had everything done that we needed - even bought and fitted isofix mountings, as the car didn't have them as standard. Adrian seemed like a very genuine person, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Definitely not your stereotypical car dealer. Bought a car just over a month ago. Adrian was a really nice genuine bloke and not pushy with sale. Even collected me from my home on collection day as I live out of town. He sold the car at a fair price, also sorting a cosmetic issue. Had an issue couple if weeks after purchase but within 2 hours Adrian had reimbursed that cost in full.
