Very happy with my experience kind and professional. After 3 months has an issue with condensation in my headlight that my RAC warranty did not cover. They were happy to help and covered the cost of a replacement headlight and control unit. I then asked them about a scratch on my car and they buffed out the scratch! At last... a car sales company that do exactly what they say they will do and are completely honest when doing so. Jamie is brilliant to deal with as well. travelled from Cardiff to collect my van. Was collected from Ipswich train station and taken to their showroom. Quick and very easy sales process no pushiness. 6mths warranty and 12mths RAC cover. Had a minor issue and it was dealt with immediately by Jamie without any fuss. Communication is excellent as well. By far the best company I have dealt with and the best person. We have just bought a Volkswagen Golf cabriolet. Shuan and Jamie are brilliant to deal with the whole experience buying from this dealership we can totally recommend. The car was delivered to us we live over 70 miles from Ipswich the car was as described. When Shuan arrived we knew we had bought from the best. We had previously saw other reviews saying how good this garage is and could see why they are so highly rated. Shaun on delivery said to us any problems let me know even though the car came with a great warranty. Unfortunately our car did have an unknown problem with some drains that prevented the soft top working as it should. This would have been not known prior to sale to us or Shuan as we bought this car very quickly after it was traded in ti Aspire. Shuan collected the car and gave us another lovely car whilst he got our car professionally assessed and sorted and only returned when it was perfect. I will aim to buy all my cars from Aspire cars the deal was fair the service is fantastic and a true measure of a great dealer is how things are dealt with if you have an unforeseen issue.

Today, following an issue with my Merc, I needed a new car prep'd, serviced and MOT'd ready to go. I found Aspire on autotrader and the BMW 5 Series I wanted. Dealing with Shaun and Mark was frankly unlike any experience I have ever had with car dealers. Absolutely Brilliant. Honest, reasonable, more helpful than you could ever expect. So what can I say we bought a mercedes gle . Its now been 3 months and the car is awesome . The engine light did came on but Shuan was amazing. I didn't have the warranty paper work but shuan made sure it was with me via email within the hour . I will say it was only the nos sensor . However b4 this shuan was even more amazing as I put a deposit down so shuan said he'll keep the car for a month perfect 👌. The night b4 we went to pick up (3hr journey ) I realised I put the deposit on the wrong vehicle. Without hesitation shuan allowed me to switch the finance to another vehicle having already sorted it all for the wrong one . I cannot praise this man enough . A true and honest gent . Firstly, I just want to say I'm not a friend, relation or employee of aspire cars and my review is totally based on my experience with purchasing a vehicle from this car garage. As the vast majority of people do when looking for a new car, they browse the internet trying to find the best car they can, which is how i found my new E Class estate. It was the right colour, amount of owners and spec, so i called them up and enquired about it. I spoke with the sales manager (Mark) and found him to be very knowledgeable, polite and professional, so that started to tick the boxes for me, as it would for anyone spending a large amount of money (this isn't the reason for my review). I arranged to travel over 300 miles to go and view the car, and was even offered to be picked up, and regardless of me making a purchase, taken back to the train station afterwards (this still isn't the reason for this review). They took the car off sale till i arrived, as they appreciated how far i was coming and didn't want my journey to be wasted, which was a nice touch considering it was their busiest trading day. There was no pressure selling, just left me to my own devices, and after buying quite a few vehicles over the last 12 months and having other garages following you around like lost little puppies, I appreciated that. We struck up a price for the car, but what separated this garage from the rest was the insistence of ensuring i had 6 months comprehensive warranty cover and 12 months breakdown cover, giving me a piece of mind that if anything was to go wrong (lets be honest, it is a second hand car, these things cam/do happen) I was protected! The owner (Shaun) also made an appearance to introduce himself and to solidify what mark had done and offered (great personal touch for his business), which again makes this garage top of the tree, in my eyes, for their customer service. It's not necessarily the vehicle you buy, its the piece of mind that if something goes wrong you're not left high and dry and being messed about with nobody to turn to. I've even contacted them afterwards (nothing about the car) to get advice and help and they stepped in and helped. Thank you Mark and Shaun, a great experience and one you should be proud of!!! P.s I need to know where you get that Lemon cake from ;)
