I have to say Kia was my third choice of vehicles to look at with the motability scheme. But after visiting Kia in Ipswich before two other different local car dealerships the others just couldn't offer the fantastic value that Kia do. Nothing is too much trouble and he engages all requests at break neck speed, almost like a few seconds is too long for a customer to wait. UPDATE: Marshall have just completed three minor warranty repairs on my 2016 Sorento KX-4. They didn't all occur at the same time, I had just lived with them for quite a long period extended by lockdown. A faulty parking sensor, antenna for the smart tailgate and ultrasonic sensor for the interior. As a family we have owned Kia's since 2013 and all my dealings with Marshall have been exceptionally good. This is just a shout out for Luke on service reception who is a consummate professional - concise, efficient, polite, friendly and genuinely strives for a good customer experience. Also Adam the lead technician and his team who work neatly and are always ahead of schedule. I also enquired about sat nav map/media updates for the Sorento and my wife's Soul and they offered me a two vehicle deal which was excellent value. I'm a happy bunny! - As a family we run four Kia’s and use Marshalls for service parts and accessories. Our vehicles have been trouble free over the years, so the warranty side had been untested, until just very recently. A plastic retaining bracket on the underside of my Optima was damaged by surface water and at this stage Kia (not Marshalls) are rejecting the claim. Adam on Service Reception was extremely helpful and informative and his technicians temporarily patched the car so it could be driven a short distance home. I’m taking the case further with Kia UK and hoping the resolve will be a reassuring one.

The nearside LED running lights on my 2013 Kia C'eed failed in October 2018. I approached the maintenance department at Marshall Kia, Ipswich and they checked that the repair would be done under warranty. Two new complete headlamp units would have to be ordered. The next morning I was told that the headlamps had arrived; I took the car in that afternoon; and the repair was completed while I waited. The whole episode from notification to completed repair took just 28 hours and at no cost to me. Fantastic service!
