L. B.I have been using this BMW branch for a couple of years and over that time period they have always been extremely professional, friendly, helpful and genuine. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided.
The small things such as when you have any work done, they provide a complimentary wash, or the fact that they always welcome you with a smile, take you to a nice clean seating area and offer you a drink makes a big difference and certainly makes you feel like you have bought a premium product and they provide a level of service to match that.
Recently on my latest visit I just wanted to highlight the particularly outstanding effort of one of the service team, Megan. She was simply brilliant. She went above and beyond what my level of expectation was to help me, working tirelessly to chase up a different team eventually getting a rather large issue resolved, and as aforementioned went above and beyond the level of support I would’ve expected from Inchcape or BMW.
Simply put, this branch, Megan and the whole team at Inchcape have massively enhanced my brand loyalty to BMW with all of their work over the past couple of years. Thank you for the support.
K. B.Stock list was very much up to date, visited on the Friday and reserved and picked the car up Tuesday. No hard sell, very relaxed conversation. Offered the usual asset protection, paint protection and bodywork insurance but again no hard sell.
Dealt with James Wells but all the staff were incredibly accommodating.

j. s.I made a recent enquiry about a used 3 series touring - spoke with and met Chris Button at the Dealership. Whilst I did not ultimately purchase the vehicle, I found Chris to be incredibly courteous and helpful - there was no sales pressure - it was only the seating position in the car for my wife that prevented the sale. I would have no hesitiation of dealing with Chris again. Update - it has taken over 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to get the refundable deposit back hence reduction from 5 to 4 stars!
