Sold my car with them. Friendly, came to the house to check it over and made a decent offer without messing around or haggling. Up front and honest when checking the car and didn’t try to mess us around like other dealers. Paid up front. Really easy. Thoroughly recommend them and would use them for future sales. Thanks.

AMAZING!!! This was arguably the best customer service i have experienced buying anything let alone a car! From start to finish the communication, the assistance and overall support has been amazing. I contacted them after seeing a lovely Mercedes A Class on their website. Will got back to me and was most helpful in answering my questions. I live in Mikton Keynes so it was a 2.5 hour drive to see and test drive the car. On arrival they left me and my wife to look over the car on our own, in our time.....no pressure or over bearing presence which was great. Then Will gave us the keys and allowed to test drive again on our own. The car was lovely and exactly as advertised. So we looked at trading my car. We went into the office, was given a coffee and Will started his magic!!!! He did absolutely everything!!!! Sorting the finance on my Audi, the new finance, the number plare change, road tax etc just everything. I simply signed at the end and i had brought the car. The whole thing took 30-45 mins and could not have been easier. Spoke with his Dad also.....a big Ipswich Town fan. They gave us bottles of water for our onward journey. Will also sorted out an issue with the parcel shelf. I understand why people have returned multiple times. I will definately look to return in future when looking to my next car.....even with the additional travel as their customer service is worth it. A massive thank you to Will and John Keeble for making what can be a daunting decision/purchase such a pleasant experience.

Amazing customer service i brought a car from them 3 years ago and decided to go for and upgrade once i had done this unfortunately the car was not for me. I called them to explain the issues and they helped me to return the car and pick another one with no extra charge or fuss. Fortunately I was in the position requiring a car after writing mine off. John Keeble's forecourt has always had a fine selection of motor vehicles with prices that suits all wallets. I had a reasonable deposit of 20% of the price range I was interested in. A quick walk around the forecourt I spotted a stunningly presented VW Passat Estate. Stuart came out and quickly gave me run down on a few motors I interested in but i kept looking back at the VW. Knowing that there are many other local forecourts to look around I informed Stuart that we have to go and briefly look around other garages. 30 minutes later we returned and Stuart offered a test drive. I handed over my driving licence and my father and I was able to go on a test drive. The route was suitable to give you good test conditions on all types of road. Once returning Stuart started the financial agreement. Simple and reasonable quick, deposit was taken and remaining balance on collecting the car. John Keeble gave the car a fresh MOT, Cambelt and Water pump along with new Front brake disks and pads as picked up as an advisory on the MOT. On collecting the car a few days later my smile said all. If you are looking for a new car give John Keeble a look, you can't go wrong!
