1.spent years looking at website but always went to merc to jon munt. when i knew he was working there next look found a amazing audi A8 two minutes talking to john who put me in touch with chelsea who i have to say i found truly amazing to deal with so straight forward. a sales person but never came across to over bearing a real asset to the group. her manor is first class 22 years dealing with mercedes but i think ihave now found my new home. jon as ever you have always been my go to thanks again for your guidance

R.My wife and I bought our new car from Proveeda in February 2020. The salesman Paul was a good guy and wasn’t too pushy. His communications were very good throughout. The service was good but we didn’t get the crack in our windscreen fixed as we were told we would on picking up the car. They sent a repairer out to our house but the chip is still noticeable. They’ve promised us a free MOT in September to soften the blow.

A.I bought a Lexus is250 a few years back. Even though the Lexus was one of their cheapest cars I had a great buying experience from them.
Before I wasted a long journey to Ipswich an adviser went over to the condition of the car in detail so there were no suprises when I got there. On test drive one of the Mirrors didn’t dip which they offered to fix for me or I had the option to go to my local garage and they would pay for the repair to be done. I chose the second option and all went well.
It’s only after having bad experience with other dealers I thought it’s worth giving positive feedback for proveeda. It’s just a shame they don’t have the car I want.
