Dropped my Caddy van off for its 80,000 Mile service Monday morning. Got the phone call after lunch that it was completed. I went and picked it up, there was a slight misunderstanding on the bill from my perspective, the problem was solved by the service advisor immediately in my favour which surprised me, and I appreciated. I’m considering about replacing my van in March when it will be 4 years old and if I’m in the position to have another new van if it is a VW which it has a 90% chance of being I will be ordering from Wolsey Ipswich Van Center.

This was my third visit to Wolsey Ipswich. On my first visit i was left very very unhappy as my car was scratched and the communication was very poor. Brilliant. This is what good service looks like. They accepted my car immediately when I broke down due to lost cooling fluid, gave me a courtesy car, fixed the problem under warranty, communicated throughout and were an utter delight to work with. They were second on my list to call, and I only contacted them after Beadles, Colchester refused to accept my vehicle sooner than in 8 days time unless it was recovered on a truck. Thank you Wolsey - this is stellar service and I cannot recommend you more highly.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Transporter Shuttle from a private seller. On getting the vehicle home it became quite apparent there were some faults, bringing on warning lights. I phoned Wolsey Ipswich and within minutes we were booked in, and told not to worry about a thing. A few minutes later a text popped up confirming the booking, and then an email letting me know all the finer details. My wife dropped the Transporter off, and within a few hours we received a video filmed by the technician showing us the underside of the vehicle confirming the tyres, brakes etc were all ok. We had handed over a list of concerns which the team worked through with ease, finally sending me an email to say the vehicle was all finished, cleaned and ready for collection. Fantastic service from a really professional bunch. Thank you.
