P. M.This is our first caravan and Tony made the whole process really easy, not only the buying process (which was very easy) but also general advice on caravans, towing etc. which just made it all a bit less daunting when buying, owning and towing for the first time! We bought our Bessacarr caravan and picked it up a week later, but could have driven it away on the day if we'd been ready to do so. I've waited a few weeks before writing this review, and have now been away in it for two separate weekend breaks, both times were fantastic and having spent some time in our caravan we're still as delighted as we were when we first bought it and picked it up.
C. 1.Bought an Avondale dart from Tony and Andy at A1 caravans last week, not only did they give me a belting deal but the after care weve recieved is 2nd to none. The window of the caravan had a small crack - no problem they said, bring it back and we'll get it replaced, no messing about, gave me back some faith in humanity. I've read other comments about A1 and I can only say that they dont reflect the experience weve had (and we are first time caravan owners so have mithered the guys with questions).
Weve ended up with a 2009 caravan, immaculate condition for a great price, and with better aftercare than I've had from BMW or Audi.
