Martin was very helpful on the day of test driving the car, not at any point did he put any pressure on about buying the car, which at a lot of places you will get. Great with sorting out the financing for me, and all the other bits and bobs. Really appreciated Saul meeting me half way to exchange cars , which eased the pressure on me due to my work commitments. He then showed me how all the gadgets work in the car etc. Very pleased with the car, in great condition, and valeted to a high standard. Good old fashioned customer service is the order of the day from Saul and Martin, a couple of well versed, time served, honest and organised motor traders.
It's the little things such as setting up hands-free calling when you come to collect your new car that make all the difference.
So if you're in the market for ANY car, even if they don't have what you're looking for give them a try.

I contacted Martin regarding a car on the website, I needed a big estate, but it had been sold that morning. Not deterred, he set about sourcing a similar vehicle and one which I am delighted with. They undercut other dealers with a superior vehicle but it’s the interaction, fun and genuine desire to deliver first rate customer service that has resonated with me. I’d text late at night with questions and they’d answer immediately.
They are supremely knowledgeable, with years and years of experience between them but above all they care about the customer experience. I’ve not had that for years and it’s the first time I’ve thoroughly enjoyed buying a car.

J. P.Incredible experience at this dealership. I came to them to look at a Mercedes A Class and they were extremely helpful. The car they sold was immaculate and the service was simply brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them!
I part-exchanged my old car but it needed work doing to it as it had been broken into just before I booked the appointment to go and see the Merc. This wasn't a problem for them and they sorted it all out for me, alongside all aspects of the financing! Excellent service and I most definitely will be back!
