E S Motors are the best car garage I've found - as a new customer, I rang them on a Friday afternoon as something on my car had just broken as I was driving. They fit me in even though were booked up and I was able to drop my car to the garage straight away. Whilst there, they put my car on the ramp and showed me what had broken, ordered me the part and I was able to collect later that day. Really friendly and helpful , reasonable price and I was so grateful to get my car sorted so quickly. I'll be recommending and using this garage going forward :)

I have been a customer of ES Motors for 18 years. My husband and I chose this garage as we have a VW transporter and they are VW specialists. Their service has always been good and will always see to your vehicle as soon as they can, often having accepted our van straight off a flatbed recovery truck. Last year I bought a car from them and I was very well looked after, as always. They also took my old rubbish car off my hands (not bought at ES). The car I bought came with an MOT, warranty, tax and breakdown cover and I felt happy and confident with my new car. I went in last week as the front tyres were making a small squeak, it was sorted rapidly and at my convenience. Car sorted. Thank you ES Motors. I would highly recommend this garage.

I took my car in for a service and MOT a few weeks ago and it was a bad experience. They changed the front tires during the service but within a few days one of them had gone flat. They also didn't put the glove compartment back together properly and they forgot to turn off the cars service light. I rang up to let them know and they weren't very pleasant about it, making it seem as if it was my fault and not offering an apology of any sorts. They told me to bring it to the garage any day and they'll take a look. When I took it to the garage I got told I should have booked an appointment (opposite of what they said on the phone) as they're very busy, so I had to leave my car there for another full day, and still didn't receive an apology. Won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend them. Updated to 3 star after the owner contacted me to apologise and offer money back, which was a very nice gesture

Excellent experience from an excellent garage. Gave a cheaper quote to repair my rear suspension spring than a number of other garages. Took the car in and they were good enough to repair it on time and deliver it back to me when I was having child care issues and struggling to get up to the garage myself. Really friendly team who just seem to love what they are doing rather than trying to gouge your eyes out on work you don't need like some other places. I was very very impressed and will be using them as my go-to garage in the future.

Travelled from Shropshire to Leeds to pick up a Volvo XC90 I bought unseen after a chat with Raffaele and a good description. I’m glad I did. Turn around quick - the car was only just into stock. We came to E&S because of the reviews and they had an automatic car at a reasonable price. We have only just bought the car. The service from first phone call to car collection was excellent, truly excellent. E&S put other firms we were looking at into the shade by a LONG way. Other firms (NOT E&S) were reluctant about offering what I would perceive as basic levels of service, things such as a new MOT, others were reluctant about guarantees of over 1 month on retail not trade cars, other places were also difficult on simple things like being flexible on appointment times. Not E&S, genuinely they were Brilliant!!! We will see now how the quality of the car is medium to long term, but it came with a years guarantee, a full clean MOT, a FULL service and any picked up issues (air con, new tyre, a lost spare key replaced without ask) sorted between the test drive and collection. My prediction is the car will be A, ok on going. I will revisit this review in a year once we have owned the car for one year, that will not change the service offered but it will further inform about the quality of the product. Like others have said RAFFA was brilliant, I would use him and E&S again no problem. A**** and in contrast the other companies I visited along the way could learn a hell of a lot about what customers expect and legally deserve. E&S 5 *****. thanks chaps..

Absolutely fantastic service. I’ve had my VW car MOT, repaired and had its full service with the Moortown branch over the last 12 months - far better than any direct VW dealership I’ve experienced over the years. This garage had been recommended by my friends parents who’ve been customers here for years. Brand VW parts used here and for a fraction of the cost compared to VW direct. Car is deep cleaned, thoroughly inspected and clearly well looked after whilst in their care. Hire car provided at no additional cost. Wish I had come here sooner.

Even though I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, the service offered by Raphael was exceptional throughout. I got my Golf MK7 from here a few days ago after going to test drive a VW POLO , from the moment I walked into the place, Raffaele made my second car buying experience amazing, he wasn't trying to sell me anything or start a long winded conversation, he just gave me the key to take the car for a ride. Damsel in distress! I had a flat tyre coming out of the church after a funeral last Friday. I'd run over a kerb earlier in the day. This garage offered to come out free gratis and change my tyre as I'd misplaced my locking key. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right one but vounteered their courtesy car to me so I could get home and they managed to pump up the tyre which was badly damaged and took it to their garage to replace the tyre for me the next day. I could not meet a nicer bunch of mechanics and I'd certainly recommend them to everyone. Thank you once again.

Bought a Mazda MX5 from this garage march 14th 2015. Raphael the owner was brilliant and very very trust worthy. Had the car looked at by family it needed a few jobs doing which were no problem for ES Motors who set about the work so it would be completed for us collecting it on the 14th March. Not only that he agreed to collect us from Leeds airport after hours to collect and pay for the car. Things ran late due to a hire car problem and we didnt get to Leeds until well after 7pm when we should have been there just after 5. We were collected by Raphael and taken to collect the car which all went smoothly. We then set off with the car on a 1700 mile journey back to France calling first to the north of England on business. The car ran like a dream never missed a beat and got us safely back to the south of France on 2 tanks of petrol = £160 What a Garage and What a Car CAN RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE HE DOES MORE THAN HIS WORD.
