Car booked in for repairs picked up on service and MOT. Booked in with Jack, hire car provided, kept up to date on what was happening throughout day. Offered coffee and service was friendly and professional. Jack also helped me pick my next car. Nothing was too much trouble and he promised a courtesy follow up call in a couple of days. Will return as I always do. 5pm Jack finished and I’m passed to Aaron who I have had the pleasure of previously. Happy customer 👍

VERY impressed with the service I have received from Evans Halshaw Citroen in Leeds yesterday. They went out of their way to help - they even ended up washing the car (in and out) when it didn't end up needing a service. I would not hesitate to recommend! - Far superior service to that of some of the "luxury" vehicle dealerships.

Bought a car last week, had brill service from Robbie. The car was due a full service so they got it booked in for this week. Aaron ( I think he was called ) called to say the parts hadn't yet arrived. No issue as these things happen unfortunately, So re booked to take my car the next day. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman who asked if I was ok and being seen to, to which he showed me where I needed to go for servicing. Once I got to servicing Jack checked my car in and offered me a drink while I waited. I was advised the car would be ready by 5pm. Got updates throughout the day about how my car was doing. The car was ready to collect at around 4.30. Once I arrived the car was ready and waiting for me. They gave it a clean inside for me. Wasn't that dirty due to purchasing only a week ago. But great effort lads, top service and thank you for an easy and pleasant experience all round. See you next year for the service and MOT 🙃

Evans Halshaw Citroen Leeds, were absolutely amazing from start to finish with the purchase of my new car. We turned up with no appointment but the staff were more than accomodating and seen to us in no time. No pressured sales at all. The sales lad Robbie talked us through everything and gave us lots of options before making any decisions on our vehicle choice. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, we were even offered a drink while we discussed our options. The whole process was smooth and hassle free, the car came with a thorough clean before we collected it which was brilliant. 10/10 from me and I will be returning for any future cars.

I recently purchased my car from another EH branch and there have been a multitude of issues with it. I was advised to bring my car to this branch to see if I could make a claim for a repair under warranty. The process has been quick and stress-free so for. Jack, who is dealing with the matter, has been great and although there is a bit of a delay on the parts (probably as they are not something that is ordered everyday), he has kept me informed. I went into citroen in Leeds on Sunday to look at a car i saw on there website! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed so nicely and then I was took over to Jak. Jak was so lovely and couldn't of been a better sales man! Previously i had a really bad experience with buying a car and was so worried this would happen again but Jak wasn't pushy or anything, he told me to not rush into it and take my time etc which made me feel so at ease and made me want the car more just with how good the service was. He awnsersed all my questions and nothing too big or too small was a problem. I decided to buy the car and jak arranged for me to come in on Monday to pick it up, it was his day off and came in to get everything sorted from me. Since then he has made sure everything was going ok with the car. He's just at the end of the phone if I needed anything with a quick reply! The Sales Executive Pritesh Mistry was polite, courteous and professional throughout. We were offered a good deal without a load of negotiation. It felt fair and giving. A lot of the arrangements were made over email by Pritesh so that when we went to pick up our new car all the paperwork was in place. The car was available to us within a week - other dealers for comparable cars were offering delivery nearer to Christmas. Bought my new car (my sixth Citroën) from here nearly a year ago. The buying process was unexpectedly pleasant: although there was a little pressure to make a fairly quick decision (end of quarter, deals coming to an end etc.) there was no hard sell - I could easily have walked away if I wasn't getting what I wanted. Absolutely brilliant experience with Fad today, we all know sales people can often be intimidating but Fad treat me like a human as oppose to a number towards his targets. Fad explained he hadn’t been with the company long, however I would have never even considered this had he not told me. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with my Part-ex value (Which is out of Fad’s control so by no means a fault of his) but I will be returning to see Fad once I’ve considered other options. Fad is honestly an asset to Evans Halshaw and he spoke very highly of the company and training scheme. Working in sales myself I appreciate a genuine person and acknowledge and appreciate a natural and genuine salesperson. Taken my car in for an issue where it has been to three other different garages and they were unable to fault it, taken and dealt with an asian gent at front counter who has a look into the issue and advised me my options on diagnosis, I went ahead and had my EGR Valve replaced for my c4 picasso.
