From initial phone enquiry right through to handover, these guys are excellent. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Massive selection of cars to choose from and friendly knowledgeable staff. Their prices are highly competitive too.

I submitted a genuine sales enquiry through the online chat function regarding a Mini Hatchback. The person on the chat took my details (all correct) and said someone would phone me back. No one ever called me, if I was the manager or owner, I would be looking into this as it seems to be a common complaint. Safe to say, after numerous days of no contact, I bought a car elsewhere.
Owner did however acknowledge my complaint and was apologetic - hence the increase in stars.

Bought a car for our daughter at the beginning of October- low mileage Ford ka. Richard looked after her and us from securing the car to pick up. A few weeks later warning lights came up on the dash- we took to our mechanic who told us what he believed it was. Daughter got in touch with Richard who said they would take a look despite it being past the 28 day warranty. Took it down this morning, he explained what he thought it was. Their workshop diagnosed the problem, a common problem with this model apparently and the clock (?) has been sent to an auto electrician and will be back tomorrow- first class service from Richard - even possibly staying later so we can collect after they close tomorrow

We bought a car in January, whixh we've had no issues with.. The car is fab.
However the buying of the car was a little underhand, I shall explain my experience.
I called up about the veichle, as we were travelling quite far, I asked if it was what we wanted would it be possible to take it away that day, was assured yes.
Arrived to the dealership.. Staff were friendly.
We took the car for the test drive and decided we wanted it.
Goinf through the process was informed it was needing a service, and I could come back for the car, explained that I was told it was ready.... I was given the option to leave the car for a service and come back for it or take it without the service.
We needed a car so chose to take without the service and I assumed the price would lower due to this.... It did not!
In fact it went up as there is an admin fee when purchasing a vehicle which wasn't made aware to us until we had sorted everything out, insurance sorted etc and it was time to pay we was informed.
The staff were friendly enough but need to make it clear about the admin fee.
And when people call regarding a veichle, given the correct information, as we left with a car advertised as full. Mot and service and walked away with no service and paid the same price for the car!

We bought a Vauxhall meriva from gmc2000 and I can say honestly Richard has gone above and beyond with helping us with any issues with a car that has cropped up.

A great experience with GMC 2000 We were left to look at the cars at our own leisure without any pressure. The staff (Paul, Nathan, Tom and Richard) were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend GMC 2000 to all my friends & family. Excellent customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting a member of staff called Richard who was very professional, helpful and understanding.
It was all about what car we needed not what they wanted to sell us. No hassle from start to finish. EXCELLENT. 5*****

Their insurance only covers over 25 year olds so I can't test drive the car I'd like to buy
