I arrived with no appointment and was met by Matthew Hawley who straight away arranged to move the car I was interested in to a better viewing place, he professionally answered all of my questions and knowing I was short of time quickly discussed the vehicle. He then arranged a video around the whole car and sent this to me so my wife could also view the vehicle The following day he made a follow up call and discussed my options for purchase and we came to an agreement I was very impressed that there was no pressure put on me and I was given plenty of time to arrange how I would pay for the vehicle When I arranged pick up everything was sorted out professionally, the vehicle was immaculately presented and Matthew went through all the various controls to enhance my use of the vehicle I have since had a follow up call from Matthew to check that everything is ok Thank you Matthew for your very professional treatment of me as a customer, at no time did I feel pressured and nothing I asked was too much for you to sort

I had the best experience with Eros at Lookers Ford Leeds. He was so friendly and helpful and was so happy to show me various different cars until I made the decision on the one I wanted. There was no pressure at all to buy and he was great at explaining all my options to me to make sure I chose what was best for me. I purchased a used car from Lookers about a month ago. Very pleased with the car and happy with the model as was rare and the one I wanted. However, as I work long hours and don't get to spend much time at home I am currently off work and as such been able to look at the car in detail. The sides of the car are all scratched along its entirety and will have to go to a professional valeter to be dealt with. Inside the interior and roof lining was covered in long dog hairs including underneath the car mats. Considering the price the cost and only just over 12 months old I feel I should not be going through this. I was offered to take it to one of the mini valeters and send receipts. No way I was going to do that. I did request a week previous to make sure the car was properly valeted. Kelsey was fantastic throughout the whole sale but as for others not preparing the car for me , only to leave me with the job and at expense to myself, shame on you. Thanks for your kindness Kelsey.

I was looking to change my car and wanted a Ford Kuga Vignale in good order. I eventually found one on the Lookers Leeds website and telephoned Lookers for a test drive. Shortly after that enquiry I was sent personal video presentation of the Kuga by Patryk Pasternak and it lived up to my expectations. Over the years I have been disappointed with car purchases mainly due to over eager salesmen. Patryk was not like this at all, a very calm and measured person and a nice person. A test drive was arranged and we met up with Patryk Pasternak who sent the video and discussed pros and cons of both vehicles. I immediately was put at ease with Patryk who is a very experienced and knowledgeable with the sales process. I agreed to purchase the Kuga and Patryk did all the admin including arranging to remove my personal plate from the car. We agreed a deal between us this was verified with Taz one of the managers and I duly collected my Kuga and handed over my old car to Patryk. All in all a brilliant experience carried but well trained and polite sales people. If I needed to I would go back again to that dealership. The Kuga is great, nice to be back behind a Ford. Many Many thanks to Patryk for a brilliant experience.

I can't recommend Lookers Ford Leeds enough I had real problems locating a car for my daughter's birthday and I asked lookers if they would be able to find one for me, they did everything for me located the perfect car in the perfect colour exactly what I was looking for... They sent videos to me they inspected the car professionally had everything inspected the whole process was extremely easy they were very easy to get hold of and talk to and very helpful. When the car was delivered I was delighted, it was exactly as they said it would be and runs like an absolute dream my daughter is very happy. Overall a very pleasant easy transaction Kelsey Lambourn was very helpful and polite and explained everything very clearly. When I initially arrived for my booked test drive I wasn’t sure which portacabin to approach and no one was around. I eventually entered the right one and there was music playing and I could here people upstairs but no one knew I was there and I wasn’t sure how to get anyones attention. Someone eventually spotted me. It would have been good to ring a bell to say I had arrived. After the initial stumbling block, the process of taking the car for a drive and then settling the deal was a breeze, and the young man dealing with me was very friendly and knowledgeable. All essential emails were sent through for me to sign, and on collection day they had put some fuel in the car for me and it looked amazing with the valet and treatment I had chosen to have done and pay for. Also the manager came and spoke to me on both visits, he was very friendly also and interested if there was anything more that I needed. One happy customer drive off with her dream car!! Would definitely recommend Lookers in Leeds!!

Couldn’t fault the service from start to finish provided by Toseef Sattar (Taz) and Kelsey Lambourn at Lookers Ford Leeds Used Car Centre. Initially I was looking to buy a new car but unfortunately my needs couldn’t be met and looking back now I couldn’t be happier with the car that was found for me and it looks brand new. OMG what can I say fantastic from start to finish. We had an appointment for 11.30 as soon as we got there Patryk Pasternak come straight out to us . Greeted us by name offered us a coffee as soon as we got there . Then took us to the car we came to view but I noticed another car that I liked the look of . It was no issue what so ever to sort out test driving the other car . Patryk Pasternak had said to me that it was his day off and someone else was going to look after. He then decided to stay with us . Bless him spent most of his day off with us . Very kind . I told Patryk Pasternak that I wasn’t interested in any extras so he didn’t try pushing any on us. Very happy about that . As been to a few car garages who The second they see a woman they think they don’t know what they’re talking about and try and push everything onto them (cold hard sell) so yes we brought the car on the Thursday. Can’t fault the service at all. Eros was especially helpful. I arrived without an appointment just to look at a particular car, but was still able to test drive it and ended up reserving it the same day. Eros was knowledgable on the car and presented finance and additional options clearly. 5* experience at Lookers Ford Leeds. I wanted a Fiesta Vignale for a certain price, I got the Fiesta Vignale for that price. Had the initial discussion on the Wednesday and got the car by Friday. Patryk and Shaq were incredibly friendly and professional and made me feel very welcome. No messing about and excellent communication throughout the process. You can’t ask for more. A very big plus is the reception person helped me, as a career, to have the car serviced and back to me as quickly as possible. When booking I had arranged to wait. A glitch meant this need had been missed - very grateful for her help in correcting this. Ref. this survey:- Q. 6 should have an 'Other' catagory as there were a couple of issues but as the "local" lookers isn't (over 25miles round trip) I chose not to make the journey againmy/. 1) tyres weren't checked for pressure, one was 7psi lower than the other on the same axle... 2) the wash and vac offered missed the boot entirely and the cup holders between the front seats. 3) the dash cam was unplugged but not plugged back in. All minor but may be indicative of other things missed!
