Got my first car from here and I’m over the moon, the customer service was warming and made you feel comfortable. They let me walk round and look and then I approached them, which puts you at ease straight away. Couldn’t ask for a better service specially when only recently passed and never no what to expect. The car was serviced and cleaned before letting me leave and helped me with my tax. I just appreciate how amazing all the staff was and very greatful. Thank you!! Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service. Put a deposit down on a car on Tuesday, car had an updated MOT and ready to be collected by the next day. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the owners, I had an issue with the radiator piping shortly after picking up the car. Car was collected from my home, fixed and returned in the same day. Above and beyond what was expected and cannot fault the communication and service given. A lovely family run business with honest, genuine people who do all they can to help customers. Thank you!

We bought our first car from Moto-vation last month - it was our first car so were a little nervous. When we arrived John left us to our own devices to look around the car, which were prefer as it means we can check it over without having a dealer standing over us. We put down a deposit and collected the car a couple of days later, we also took out warranty with their partner Warranty Wise for peace of mind. After a couple of days we noticed a fault with the engine. We contacted the dealer who asked us to bring it in. After a quick drive John wanted to take it to a garage for repair and gave us a lift home which was ideal as we were not long out of lockdown. He then lent us a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. Once the fault was identified and repaired John dropped off the car and went for a drive with my husband so that he could test it and ensure everything was OK. We have since driven to London and back from Leeds with no problems. Honestly, despite the fault - which of course can happen with any used car - we are delighted with the service and communication we have received from Moto-vation who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase and that the car was in good order. It goes to show if you show respect to dealers they will look after you!

I arrived at the dealership after a month of research and other viewings into the car I wanted and was pretty much 95% sure, that the car I was going to look at was 'the one'. The pictures were very honest and showed the wear and tear, no deception whatsoever, which is exactly what you want as a buyer. The overall condition of the car though, was of course great and I was trusted by Sarah to test drive it alone. Excellent customer service throughout, would highly recommend.

When I first went to this garage to browse cars, it was lovely they didn't hassle you or in your face to buy they let you have keys to take a look for yourself very good experience. They put a 12 month Mot on which was very good of them. However once I bought my car I did find a few minor problems but that wasn't an issue as your going to get that with most cars you buy. 4+ weeks later I still haven't received my log book so I ring DVLA to be told it's still registered in the their name and nothing's been sent in, so I now have to go get forms to fill in and send of myself which I'm not too bothered about. But they should of sent that form in so its abit of a mess about. But all in all They are nice people and good customer service.

Me and my partner came to moto-vation today to have a look at a potential new car, as well as how much we would get for a part exchange for our current car. The guys at moto-vation were so friendly and honest. A car dealer could easily quote a lower price and con the customer, however they were so honest and helpful, and gave us great advice on what we should do with our current car. Definitely recommend!! 5 star service.

Please read all the negative reviews for this company and see the reviewers are PAID to give bad reviews - just look at the other companies they have done reviews for in their profiles and given 5 star and negative reviews - it is all the same companies, did they all coincidentally all go to the exact same car dealers and get great service and bad service? From what I call tell from Autotrader this is an honest company - don't believe the Google reviews - please investigate further!
