I bought a Discovery 3 from Pudsey Service Centre recently, the car was excellent condition for it's age and as described. I had to send the car in for some work and it was ready within 2 days. The dealership provides excellent customer service and aftercare. Glyn even picked me up personally to collect my vehicle when it was ready. Top bloke, great service.

I visited Pudsey Service Centre on the 13th of May after spotting a Volvo XC90 on their website. The car was exactly as described on the advert so we quickly made a deal. I decided to wait a few weeks with the review in case something went wrong with the car. However, it's been working perfectly ever since so I'm absolutely satisfied with the deal and the dealer. In my opinion Glyn Longley is a firm but fair trader, true to his word. Can only recommend the place.

We bought a Mini Countryman today from Glynn the owner and have to say he is a lovely man , he made my wife and I , feel completely comfortable whilst looking around his car lot and was very helpful and friendly! We bought the mini after seeing it on car gurus but would definitely recommend going in person as Glynn was a man of his word and held the car for us too with a deposit until it was ready to collect! Whenever you pay less than 1.5k for a car you expect to be taking a gamble, well not so in this case. Staff were very helpful and I was able to make a decision quickly. As I said when paying so little you expect small problems with the vehicle. After a I spoke with them about a minor issue with steering it was repaired free of charge. A day or so after this I called again regarding an issue with the brakes. I was asked to return the vehicle ASAP as they didn't want a vehicle out which could have possible safety issues and was provided a company car with fuel with no extra charge. A true measure of the service a company gives can only be truly ascertained when things don't go smoothly. At every stage Pudsey Service Centre have gone above and beyond what would be expected. Ensuring I was never without a vehicle and never subject to undue stress or cost. Not only would I recommend Pudsey Service Centre I'd like to congratulate them on some of the best customer service I've ever had anywhere for anything.

I recently bought a car from Pudsey Service Centre and the service and care I received was of the highest level from the initial phone call to get details of a car I had seen on their website to the sale being completed which all happened in a couple of days. I was looked after by James and David who were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. I had to take the car back in for a noise to be checked out. This was dealt with very quickly (at no cost) and with the same level of professionalism and friendliness as I received with the purchase. I can not recommend highly enough Pudsey Service Centre to anyone looking for a used car and i certainly would have no problems using them again in the future.

Bought a used Corsa from Pudsey Service Centre a couple of weeks ago. We were very pleased with the car but it developed a fault soon after picking up. Spoke to Glenn and Chris who arranged for the car to be collected and repaired. No quibbles or hassle. New part ordered and fitted. Needed a new car as my old one was on its last legs and wanted to gain finance to buy the vehicle. My credit rating isn't the best so I didn't even know where to start. Gave PSC a call and spoke to David, who gave me some reassurance about the process and talked me through everything over the phone. He later called me back and explained that everything was arranged and I could come up and test drive the car the following day. I arrived and test drove the car, there were no issues and David answered and queries I had. I then signed all documents and had everything done within about 40 minutes. I drove the car away the following day. I have had a few minor issues with the car, but that is no reflection on the service received, David has booked it in and the garage have completed the work that was needed, at no cost to myself. I would definitely recommend to friends or family. This was the fist time buying a car from a garage, so I was a little unsure what to expect, but I have to say David made it very simple and easy. I use to work in retail and know the value of good and honest sales people, David is both and a credit. Thank you guys.

I needed a new car so searched the web for a legit dealsership. Im extremely glad Pudsey Service Centre had a car to my liking as they were great to deal with! I turned up end of June out of the blue and they saw to my needs straight away. I had a test drive with the car I wanted whilst David - A top guy, accompanied me, answering all my questions with some good advice too. I decided I'd put a deposit on the car and I returned the next day to collect the car. The whole process was quick and easy and the team catered to all my needs and concerns with the car. They were also able to take away my previous piece of (s)crap which was convenient! Spending a fair few thousand pounds can be extremely daunting to a novice such as myself, but David made the whole thing understandable and chilled! Id highly recommend these guys. They deliver great customer service and clearly know what they're on about! Many thanks, The car is perfect!

Saw a Ford Mondeo Estate for sale on Pudsey's website. The salesman David, allowed me to take the car for a test drive, and i was more than happy with the car. New MOT came with the car (All minor problems sorted). Since i purchased the car, i had a slight problem with one of the rear brakes, which was fixed at a local garage to myself. David was so kind as to come down to the garage and make payment.. What car sales place do you get this kind of service. Would highly recommend buying a car from David. Many thanks.

I would like to point out that an earlier review that i left has been deleted for what reason i dont know? Regarding derogatory reviews left by a very small minority of our customers i would just like to say thank you for the support and reviews by all our genuine customers left recently.We have been in business for 25 years so must be doing something right but no one is perfect ! But all i can say is that we have a regular customer base both for our sales and workshop with thousands of satisfied customers.We welcome any inspection on our cars and bend over backwards to ensure that the customer will have trouble free motoring .However the cars we sell are of a certain age where faults can occur after point of sale and none of us can see into the future ! But we do our utmost to resolve any problems and would say that 99% of our customers are happy with our service and keep coming back some of whom have had several cars from us and we are now selling cars to the second generation of many familys ! So if you have purchased a car from us and are happy with your experience please leave a review if not please tell us so we can resolve any issues.As i say we have been here 25 years and will be here many more to come.

Bought a Saab 93 2.2 Diesel from here around 10 months ago. Salesman was great let me drive the car on my own where ever i wanted to go. Collection great handover went smoothly. On way home the engine management light came on and the car went into limp mode, phoned them and they had it back first thing the day after. The EGR valve had gone, not their fault, previous owner was only doing around 4k a year in a diesel, make no wonder it was goosed. Fixed under warranty no questions at all. A couple of weeks later and the car starts throwing black soot out of the exhaust, performance right down and doing horrible MPG, down to 21MPG from 46MPG. Garage phoned and they had it booked straight in. Intercooler had gone, common on Saabs once the EGR valve has been replaced. Again no questions asked replaced under warranty. Even had been washed when i collected it. I will make sure it is one of the first places i check when i am looing for a new car.
