I purchased this car unseen. After reading the 'oodles' of 5* reviews I felt confident enough to do it. I phoned Richard, who honestly gave me a detailed description of the car. On top of that SCC post images & a video on their website too. I was offered a really good trade in for my own car, also unseen. The car was delivered to me on the back of a trailer just a few days later. It was everything Richard said it was & more. I am absolutely thrilled with the car, Richard & SCC. I will definitely be going back there at my next car change.

I had been looking for a Hyundai i30N fastback for weeks in Scotland but nothing compared to this car from the SCC Leeds. It was excellent communications with Royce who answered all questions promptly and kept me informed from start to finish. The car was ordered on the Monday and delivered on the Friday bang on time and in immaculate condition along with all the documents you'd expect. I recently purchased my Porsche Cayman 718 from SCC Leeds and I couldn't be happier! The whole process from the initial enquiry to collection was seamless. I used SCC to buy my latest car in June 2021. I had seen the car I was interested in on their website and as I was in the area, I decided to make an impromptu visit. I was informed they usually operate an appointment only viewing but after a short wait, Richard came to greet me and take some questions. We discussed a few options on cars and then settled on a Porsche Boxster S that I liked. He then explained the process and did a quick assessment of my own car to be part exchanged. We then discussed numbers and I was able to take the Porsche for a test drive. Three days later, I returned to exchange my car and pick up the keys on my new vehicle. Dealing with Richard and the SCC team was seamlessly easy and refreshing. No pushy sales tactics, everything was explained and straight forward and communication was great. Bought a Skoda Octavia vrs from SCC in March, very easy to deal with, everything was done online, Adam was very helpful through the whole process. Firstly thank you to Remo Royce and all the team at Scc Leeds,car is perfect.Saw a car at Scc Leeds,from first contact Royce was helpful informative and professional.After several conversations photos and video of car,I proceeded to purchase.unfortunately before I could collect car a fault was discovered,which Scc Leeds dealt with promptly,as I had set off by train that morning and abandoned my journey Scc refunded my travel cost which was a nice gesture from them.A few faults were corrected at substantial cost to Scc Leeds without question and I was kept updated.pick up day, I was to drive car to lakes for a weeks holiday,unfortunately another fault appeared with car shortly after leaving Scc Leeds,after a call to Royce. Remo the owner was on phone next morning arranging for car to be picked up and a replacement car left in its place,with some wine and flowers left on passenger seat with a lovely hand written note apologising.I was kept updated by Remo and Royce over the course of the following week or so as to when car would be ready.as much as it was all a bit frustrating for all concerned Scc Leeds customer service and attention to detail were outstanding,i have been buying cars for many years and can honestly say I have not come across any company who genuinely care about their cars and more importantly their customers.will I come back? My other half purchased this vehicle from SCC Leeds Ltd last week and we cannot fault the service we received before and after. We couldn’t get to see the vehicle until the following week but we were able to pay a deposit to secure it & if upon inspection we didn’t like it we would be refunded our deposit and it would be put back on sale. We were informed that the alloys on the vehicle were chrome & they had started corroding and they were going to sort these before it was either sold to us or someone else . We were asked what colour we would prefer if we purchased the vehicle and as we really didn’t know, we were sent pictures of different colour alloys we could have and how they would look against a white car. Highly recommend this company, excellent customer service, lovely premises and very friendly and welcoming staff. Process from start to finish was so easy.

Just bought a Mustang from SCC in Leeds. Meet John on arrivel who was very welcoming and friendly. He took me to see the car in the showroom and left me with it once he'd shown me the usual key parts and instruments. With the covid19 going we could not go for a test drive but it was a Mustang so I instantly feel in love with the car. Later in the office John sorted everything out with finance and we left. Within 3 days the car had been serviced and had a MOT and was ready to be picked up. When I got there we went through the usual stuff then John sorted the tax and also took my personal plate off my car so I could put it on retention. Nothing but praise for these guys! Every single person is friendly and willing to help no matter what. On this occasion I dealt with Royce for a Range Rover Velar and his conduct was exemplary! I recently purchased a Range Rover from these guys, I'm always apprehensive when it comes to used car dealers as I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past, mostly with main dealers but I was so impressed with SCC, the sale was not pushed, no usual car salesman tactics at all just genuine, honest and friendly people! A couple of weeks after I collected the car it developed a minor fault so I contacted SCC and spoke to one of the sales guys, literally half an hour later the owner of the business contacted me and assured me he would personally rectify the issue. I dropped the car off and was provided with a courtesy car whilst mine was being diagnosed. Within a week I had the car back all fixed by the main dealers! I genuinely have not received such good service like that before, it was fantastic and I cannot thank SCC enough for their help. Saw what id been looking for online and payed a deposit, when I reached there dealership and office I was straight away at ease, the cars they had there were all high end and very well presented in a professional setting, the lads there were very nice and made the sale very easy even helping me to transfer my private reg, to sum up great place, great bunch of lads, professional and top quality cars. long trip well worth it Having found a VW beetle that meet our requirements we sent a request for more information. SSC contacted us later that evening and we explained that we lived around 500 miles away and would like some more pictures and further information Having spoken we made the decision to make the journey down to Leeds from the North of Scotland. If Carlsberg sold cars…….. Fantastic service, awesome aftersales and TRUSTWORTHY too. An absolute credit to the motor trade, how I wish 'others' would follow the shining example, set by SCC Leeds. I purchased my latest ‘daily driver’ from Remo at the end of May, he had an excellent range of stock including the exact vehicle which I had been searching for. But because I work overseas, I didn’t get to actually ‘play’ with her until I got home in the August. My wife absolutely loved her too, keeping her ‘warm’ for me until I got home, bless!! (Can’t blame her really…. she usually drives a Peugeot 3008… ‘nuff said!) Anyway, when I got home I ‘absolutely loved her too’ but unfortunately, after a month, I broke her! Nothing I did, nothing wrong with the car beforehand, it was just one of those things. Normally I don’t bother with warranties, an Engineer by trade I am perfectly capable of fixing cars myself, but I know parts are not cheap (especially for the make/model I had purchased) so on this occasion I bought an additional warranty, along with the vehicle. Very pleased that I did, as the repairs were costed at well over £4K! The warranty company ‘wriggled’ a bit (as warranty companies often do) but Remo was an absolute Star. And even though it had been a several months since I’d purchased the car from him, he could not have been more helpful and obliging, sorting everything out for me beautifully, thank you Remo. The vehicle was repaired at my local main dealership in short order, many thanks guys and returned, for me to enjoy once again. I can highly recommend SCC Leeds and Remo, to anyone; particularly if they are looking for something ‘that bit special’. And next time I change my car, or eventually my wife’s (remember her Peugeot 3008 bless her?
