The initial enquiry was responded to very quickly and we were able to promptly arrange a visit to see the vehicle the next day. I can't praise my experience of dealing with Vantage Toyota LEEDS high enough. From the get go Mark Ogden, the transaction manager welcomed me onto the premises. I told him I was very interested in a RAV4 Hybrid. We discussed the various options, then he pointed me in the direction of a two months old Toyota RAV4 Hybrid dynamic. I fell in love with the car as soon as I clapped eyes on it. After a very impressive road test, I decided this baby was gonna be mine. With Mark's help, the guys fitted me a tow bar and a dog guard. A lovely car tarnished with some customer service problems We would not normally bother to write a review, but Toyota specifically asked us (three times) for one. First let me say that we are more than happy with the RAV4 plug in hybrid. Lovely and quiet, hardly used any petrol so far – running on sunshine! However we do have some issues with customer service. Josh who mainly dealt with us is a lovely guy and was extremely helpful during the initial purchase. The hand over time was rearranged at short notice by Josh. This was not really a problem but we were still left unattended for some time when arriving to hand over. Because of the long delivery time waiting for the car to be built, the part exchange value was a minimum offer subject to re evaluation. This re evaluation had not been done and the implication was that this was our fault for not reminding them. This complicated the finance agreement and at one point it seemed that the hand over could not proceed that day; problematic with insurance already arranged. We eventually agreed to some free extras, but would rather have had the money. Our insurance company requested a tracker to be fitted and we contacted the garage to ask if they had any advice/ recommendation regarding this. We were promised they would investigate and call back but never did. We therefore had to arrange this ourselves with Trackerfit, who gave excellent service. We received the usual” hope we gave you good service- please leave us a 5 star review” email from the Transaction manager Mark Owen a few days after picking up the car. We replied to this, expressing that we had some concerns and suggesting maybe we could meet to discuss them. One week on we have had no reply to that communication. We are unfortunately left with the impression that once the sale had been secured we were of little interest. 4/4/22 Following this review we were contacted in short order by Inti who was very keen to put things right. After a meeting with him today I can report that a satisfactory outcome has been agreed on both sides. Well done Toyota for appreciating the shortcomings and listening to our concerns. Still loving the car!

Brilliant service from the moment we stepped onto the forecourt. No pushy sales person, let us look around and gave good advice when asked. Found the car we wanted and everything was smooth running from then on. Wonderful staff all round. On day of collection the manager came out to thank us which was a nice touch of how good the service is here. David Waterworth who sold us the car was very knowledgeable and gave us all the info we needed. It was his weekend off but said if anything was needed from us email him and he would try and sort it. That’s a good service.

Overall I had a very positive experience. Nevertheless, my order for a new Corolla Touring Sport was not complete. I had ordered a spare wheel but there was no spare but a puncture repair kit. I was shown around the new car but I had to mention the missing spare to the salesman. I did have to wait 3-months for the car to be built and delivered from Derbyshire and this issue did disappoint me and spoilt my ‘drive the new car off the forecourt’ feeling. I returned the following morning to express my disappointment and received ‘Gold star’ customer service to put things right. I have owned Toyota cars for many years and can only recommend them, a loyal customer you could say. My new Corolla is yet again a lovely car. Many modern driving safety systems and gadgets that come as standard, it’s a joy to drive.

Being a newbie to the world of cars and finance, I was nervous when going in search of a new car and the stress that it brings, however my mum has bought two Toyota cars previously and raved about the service so I thought I would give them a try. Upon speaking with Matthew Eastaugh, a sales advisor at Toyota, my worries were instantly lifted. Matthew put real effort into finding out what car I needed, the features I would need and the price I could afford. He did not disappoint! I picked up my beautiful blue Yaris earlier this year and I am loving it!! Matthew made the whole process seamless, the communication was tremendous. He explained all the finance with patience and made it so easy. He set me up on my service plan so I don’t have to worry about finding the money for my service, he sorted the tax out for me and he arranged the pick up time around me. When collecting my car, the car was covered with a red satin cover and there was a board with my name on, he whipped the covered off to reveal my shiny new car. This moment is one I won’t forget, it was very special and made so personal and magical by Matthews efforts, in fact it was so lovely, I forgot to catch the moment on camera so Matthew did the whole experience AGAIN for me just so I could film it!! And in addition to all this, he even threw in some free car matts for me!! The service doesn’t just end when collecting the car, with Matthew the service continues on, any queries or issues I have had since purchasing, he has been happy to help me with, nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble for him. Both myself and my partner have bought a car from this dealership recently and the both the quality and consistency of service was fantastic. In particular I valued that we had a single point of contact throughout, a very professional person called Maya. At no point did I feel pressurised to make either purchase and all of my questions were answered very thoroughly (and I asked a lot of them for both cars, sorry Maya). In terms of the actual cars, I feel that there was a good range of options and the opportunity to properly look around and test them out with no nonsense, and Maya again went above and beyond to discuss options and price points for various used cars before we settled on a nearly-new Yaris for my partner - we've had that around six weeks now and it's exactly as advertised with no nasty surprises. I'm looking forward to taking delivery of the C-HR I decided on and will update this review when I've had that for a few months. Finally, if its your thing, their coffee is excellent - and free! Edit to add - the C-HR I ordered is exactly as advertised and a joy to drive, with the handover and post-sale follow-up by Mark executed extremely well. Plenty of legal boiler-plate to go through but it was kept engaging and everything was explained in plain English to me, 100/100 for customer service and I definitely appreciated the handover talk where all the features of the car were explained before I drove it off. A second edit - something took a chunk out of one of my tyres and Vantage were able to get it fixed in the same day for a reasonable price, in the middle of a pandemic. Excellent customer service from Matthew in servicing and Vantage as a whole. Nice to see it's consistent and not just when they're trying to sell me a car :)

I've been with this branch for three years and they've always been spot on. We encountered great, non pushy, friendly customer service and advice from Adam Turner (thanks Adam). Unfortunately on collecting the new car my dad had a head injury and the staff at the dealership were amazing - Mike administered first aid and Mike in the fleet section drove us to the minor injuries unit and then picked us up & took us to A&E - then back to the dealership. This was really unexpected and far above and beyond what we had anticipated - things like this put your faith back in humanity and that some people really will go our of their way for you. I do a fair number of transactions and I`m not really one for leaving feedback regarding my purchase experiences however, when its exceptional then I feel I need to share it for buyers to make the right decision as have I. I have been fortunate enough to buy prestige vehicles in the past but have today bought a new Toyota from Vantage Leeds. I did not expect the smooth, organised and professional transaction at Vantage Toyota dealt with by Martin Baxendale to be at the standard of my last personal vehicle experience which was buying a prestige brand and stuff being exactly as agreed and completely satisfied. If you have, then you will know that at delivery, there is usually a dedicated indoor hand over area to inspect the vehicle, you are actually expected by the dealership and the vehicle is ready on time in perfect condition with all options specified for the reveal, together with a lectern welcoming you. This is not prestige it’s a Toyota but that`s what happened! Martin Baxendale and George (who I met) are clearly punching above their weight with this kind of focus on how the customer is treated.Even the the administration office staff (thank you) choose a registration number with my initials in it-completely didn’t expect that-it’s a Toyota not a new Range Rover! In summary and as a business person, I really did exercise the market for this Hybrid and choose Vantage Leeds because they found the vehicle where other Toyota dealerships procrastinated on availability, they negotiated well and delivered on every single aspect of the agreed sale without exception...Martin is a real asset to Vantage and the Toyota brand in their vision of customer service-prestige brands service standards-watch out!

Required some help on some part numbers for 2 headlights with matching ballasts. RAV4 and Verso but wouldn't help at all because I didn't have Registration numbers. Know someone from another store not near to me but they were happy to help. got part numbers for LHD and RHD headlamps with Ballasts within the hour. Toyota Leeds need to work on technical support.
