I've had several cars through here on PCP and never had a problem. Always willing to help when there's an issue or a quesiton. Servicing can get a bit pricey, but you've got that peace of mind when they send you a video rather than getting your tyres kicked and hearing that sucking-through-the-teeth sound from the mechanics at independent garages. Tidy atmosphere, no waiting to get seen to and everything is above board. Recommend.

How come I have taken a car my Touarag in for service under a flexible service explained it early because of lock down but needs to remain on the flexible option only to collect vehicle verbally check it still on flexible service to find it been set to 9400 mil next service interval because "you have a service plan" . must be a way of getting that commitment through quicker so you can start to be charged again - really annoying would have expected better

Incredibly helpful! I popped in yesterday having dropped my oil cap into the engine. This caused my engine computer to freak out and so on a Sunday drove to the showroom. The Service dept was closed but two lovely gents in the showroom came out in the rain and spent 20 mins on their hands and knees fishing the cap out of the engine. I didn’t get their names but they were incredibly kind and helpful and I’m very grateful. Putting the cap back on fixed the sensor and I was able to drive away. I bought a used VW Polo as a surprise 30th birthday present for my other half. I was looked after by Bailey Greaves, who is an absolute credit to Volkswagen Leeds. From my initial inquiry through to collecting the vehicle, Bailey was professional, knowledgeable and an all-round pleasure to deal with. Because of the pandemic, I was unable to see the car in person before I bought it but Bailey took the time to explain its features, history, etc. and I felt entirely at ease. When we eventually picked up the car it was in immaculate condition, the handover was lovely and we drove away very happy customers. Went into the Volkswagen Leeds branch for an annual service & had a 5* experience from all the staff, as always. A massive thank you to Joshua / Steve / Sophie for the great welcome & treatment. From the moment I walked in with my 1 year old toddler, Joshua made the service feel so easy. He handed over a courtesy car. Even my little tear-away toddler felt comfortable. Joshua entertained him whilst taking care of the service of my car! Also, previously I have brought my car in for check & had no less than a 5* service from Sophie. The coffee machine is a bonus 😀 Lovely environment to visit. The staff look really happy & treated well. I don’t dread taking my car in for services now! I have been looking for a car for 6 months now and having seen a few cars at other main dealers, I was very much disappointed in the lack of service I was given from them and the dishonesty. I contacted Vertu motors to request a video of the VW golf I had seen advertised and this was sent to me straight away. The sales person, Bailey was very helpful, efficient, honest and someone who genuinely did do his job professionally. To then find out he is an apprentice and only 21 years of age simply proved that as a genuine buyer I just wanted someone to provide the right level of service and attention to detail and most of all putting the customer first. I was impressed that after 6 months of no joy and disappointment from sales people who had years more experience than Bailey, i bought this car off Bailey because I liked his attitude and professionalism which many dealerships lack. Customers know their brand but it’s the people who represent the brand that make the sales and the difference. I am happy with the car I purchased I hope it serves me well and a big thank you to Bailey for being a great sales person. 👍

Really great sales team and experience at Vertu VW Leeds. I find changing my car very stressful. I like to know everything and am not an easy customer. I take a while to make a decision. I wanted a Tiguan but was torn between R line or Elegance spec. I was helped by a fantastic member of the sales team Tom Rookledge who went above and beyond to help me. I needed some urgent warranty work to fix a faulty alarm that was going off around the clock, four other Volkswagen dealerships in Yorkshire wanted me to wait anything up to six weeks, the Leeds dealership dealt with me immediately and made sure everything was done in a manner highly convenient to me. I was looking for a new Golf and went into Leeds Volkswagen after having had a look around a few other garages. The service I got at Leeds Volkswagen compared to the other places was amazing. I was given time to browse without being hassled (well apart from being offered a nice cup of coffee!!). When it came to talking to a sales person the whole process was easy, and, the person I had (Rob Parsons) was very good, he listened to what I wanted and nothing to was too much trouble from test driving the car to the various changes in the spec whilst coming to an agreed price. I purchased a Car from this dealership last month. The process and whole experience was flawless. Russ Sudars looked after from start to finish. He brought the car to my workplace so I could test drive it as I couldn't find time to get to the dealership. This was much appreciated! I wanted to leave feedback for the Leeds VW team. I recently purchased my Golf R from a JCT dealership but the car still had the manufacturers warranty. Over the last couple of weeks I'd experienced some electrical issues on starting. Initially visited VW Leeds to see what advice they could give and from there I was booked in the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted without even saying my name. Taken in to review the paper work for the fix and everything was explained .I was offered a lift to the train station (I didn't need it) but was impressed it was offered . Complimentary coffee for my journey to work. Only a few hours later I received a video of the technician doing the health check on the vehicle . Explaining everything in good detail . Early afternoon the fix had been resolved .The car had been cleaned and it was ready to collect. When you have issues with your car or (your pride and joy) you worry about the cost and the inconvenience. The way they dealt with this made it almost effortless and as an experience I just could not fault it.... See what I did there... I've had Audi, Mini and experiences with BMW and this was by far the best service I've received . Shout out to Josh who explained everything throughout. But as a team they all seemed very much on the ball. Highly recommend. Middlemiss

My partner and I visited Leeds Volkswagen on Sunday afternoon for a browse - we knew that we wanted to switch to a VW but had a few different models in mind. Recently had our Scirroco in for some warranty work. My contact was Mark Turner in After Sales. I am the first one to complain when I receive poor service so felt it important so give back some positive feedback when it has been very well deserved. The car came up against some issues whilst being in the workshop and Mark very efficiently organised a loan car due to the extended time needed. Mark gave me regular emails to advise the situation with our car and went the extra mile to ensure that I was not inconvenienced. The alloy wheels had been booked in at a wheel specialist for refurb but due to the car being kept in the workshop we couldn’t drop the car off. No problems there as Mark arranged for the wheels to be removed and dropped off and then collected returning the car back to us repaired and with the refurbished wheels. It is nice to have someone who gives this excellent level of service and cares about the customers. I hope that staff giving this level of customer service are recognised and rewarded by the company.

I booked a free health check on a used VW Golf we very recently purchased. Lauren from the service department quickly booked the car in for the exact time that suited me. She met me l, took the keys and introduced me to the technician. I waited in the lounge which was well equipped and comfortable during the check whihh was around 20mins. Kevin Swallow was the technician who was checking the car. He explained what the process was and left me very re assured. I expected the health check might be a money making trick but I could not have been more wrong. The car was checked by Kevin and Harry (Kevin's apprentice), they sent me a wonderful video showing the entire underside of the car and near every component. Kevin then came back out with my keys and along with Lauren sat me down to let me know the car is in great condition and needed nothing. I enquired about a cambelt and serviced and was explained it was due later In the year. I was genuinely surprised at the level of attention and extremely impressed. The way I was treated was second to none and better than I get my my local Bentley dealer. All for a free car check. I will be returning for a service later this year and no doubt further works as and when needed. Don't look anywhere else for your next VW!! I ordered a Golf GTI from Leeds Volkswagen and dealt with Tim Lockhart, sales executive and Chris Tanner, business manager. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I test drove a GTI and then arranged to come back with my wife later that day for her to have a drive. We got stuck in traffic and the guy who was using the demo car had to leave so they got their GTI out of the showroom, moving cars around to allow my wife to have a drive. We ordered from them in August and the few questions I had in the meantime were answered quickly by Tim. In September I had a little wobble because I saw a black Golf R with black wheels and it made me realise I really wanted black wheels on my GTI. This was not a factory option and the cost to purchase from VW was quite expensive so I asked to change my GTI to an R. They were unable to do this but Chris said not to worry, they didn't want me to be in a car I wasn't 100% happy with. They didn't have a stock R so I reluctantly looked elsewhere for a nearly new R rather than wait another 14 -16 weeks for a factory build which would have taken me to January / February so would have made sense to wait until March for the new plate, as I am without a car I didn't want to do this. Chris managed to cancel the order and refund my deposit which was fantastic. He even said if you have any questions about your new car pop in or give us a ring and we will help you. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a VW and based on my experience with Chris and Tim I will be using Leeds VW for all my servicing needs and if I get a mark 8 the order will be with them. Great friendly service, can't praise them enough. Well done guys!

Took my car for a major service. I wasn't asked if I wanted the car to be washed. On collection I found it had been washed poorly. When I got home and parked the car in the sun I realised that the valet team had marred/scratched the paintwork over the entire car. Were told no option of a lift home (for my wife and baby) when her car going in for service, because it gets booked at least 2 months in advance. As for hire car, that's a no go, at least 3 to 4 months in advance. When I go to Troy at Harehills for my services, they give me a lift home every time. Asked them to rotate tyres while it was in for service, which they did, but about a month later, tyre pressure warning light comes on, as ALL 4 tyres are 1.5 bar less than the recommended presssures. VW will probably say that tyre pressures aren't checked as part of a "Full" service, although they'll give me a 'traffic light' sheet telling me about things I might have to get done soon that will line their pockets. Your thoughts VW?
