After finding the car I wanted online, I contacted Blackbird motors to buy the car. Paying £50 refundable deposit allows you to view the car you want during lockdown. Traveling for two hours, I got there to be greeted with a shiny new car. After speaking to the staff and looking through all the documents, I purchased the car. I also took on the extra warranty they offered through the AA. If you're going to be spending a lot of money on a new car, consider getting that extra warranty. They have a pay monthly option for this. It really helps considering I work miles away and can take it to any garage for repair. Anyway they were very friendly, easy to talk to and extremely helpful with all my questions. Thank you again.

I recently brought a VW Golf Estate from BCM, the experience was mixed, I was advised that the car would be ready to collect at 3pm, but didn't drive away until 5-6pm, but this wasn't because they were rubbish, it was because they replaced a spring on the car and were struggling to take a nut off the wheel and this took them some time. Overall I had a positive experience with the salesman Matt, he wasn't pushy for me to purchase the car, he told me all the facts and left the decision up to me, while on the test drive one of the springs broke, as mentioned above BCM replaced this, with no extra charge to me. While waiting for the repair and to drive away with the car, Matt kept me upto date with the progress and even provided me with enough fuel to get home, 40 miles away. I would consider purchasing another car from here and I would recommend others to check thier stock when searching for a new car.

This is my 3rd car from this company now! The fact that I am a 3rd time repeat customer should say it all. Every single time I speak with them or go to the showrooms I’m treated like it’s the first, that’s how good the customer service is. This time I bought a Range Rover Evoque for my wife. The customer service rep went over the car and picked up all the little details for me that even I had missed and rectified them for me for free so it wasn’t like they were out to make a quick buck. The car was delivered to me with new plates on as a gift for my wife. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, finding trustworthy car sales places is hard (I’m speaking from experience) so BCM, you have a customer for life in me. Keep up the good work

Although the initial purchase of a Vauxhall Insignia, which had many issues, wasn't great, the team at the Blackbird branch, was outstanding, they helped us secure another Vauxhall Insignia, which was good quality and a good price, shout out to the BCM Cars Management in Braunstone to take the car back, and an extended thank you to the team at Blackbird branch, Matty, Ray, Mark and Nick were very helpful and accommodating, they managed to sort out our issues and were patient, kind and very professional. Brought a car from this Garage 6 weeks ago...Noticed a noise coming from the Engine, Had quite a few problems from certain staff members telling me one thing and then the Mechanics saying another!! I was at the end of my Tether and I was seeking legal advice about the problems UNTILL.....UPDATE ON My Original Review........ A FAB Gentleman called NICK Sales Manager from the Garage kindly Contacted me asked me what I wanted and ENSURED me that my car would be sorted, that I WOULD be given another car whilst it was in the GARAGE.... She has been there several weeks but I have been contacted by Nick telling me what has been happening and what work has been carried out.. 👍🏻Picked her up today and the NOISE has GONE. New Bearings and a reconditioned gear box also 12 months MOT now given. It was a Shame I never got to speak to Nick in the first place. Any problems and I’m assured by Nick that they will be sorted... Big pat on the back for NICK sales Manager. 🙌🏻
