What a pleasant way to buy a quality used car. Bought a Mini Cooper diesel here today. Great price. No pressure to buy. Minor issues sorted very quickly. The car drives perfectly and averaged 71mpg over the 95 miles home. Friendly staff too. I’ve bought many cars over the years and this was one of the smoothest transactions. Overall, an excellent all round experience.

The whole process from beginning to end was stress free, initially reserving the vehicle for £50 having found it on Ebay, then taking a test drive and purchasing. The hand over was thorough with everything carefully explained. Special thanks to manager Nick and new employee Chris who offered to sync my phone to bluetooth and put my postcode into the satnav to help me return back home. The service department also were helpful, offering assistance to a friend who'd driven me there from Worcester and then discovered he was low on water and oil, a mechanic sorted his car out for him free of charge. I highly recommend this company. I purchased my car in December and it was seamless. Manny and Stefan were great - kept me informed throughout the process. Its the after care sales that will make me return. I had a problem with it and it was booked in the next day by Steven to be sorted and again, i was informed and kept upto date. I will return for future services and MOT because I trust that they will do a good job. Nick (gen. The car a Passat CC to be honest has been a great car, the water pump blew up on it a few months after purchasing but that’s not anyone’s fault these things happen. Manny was really helpful and honest and got things sorted Only reason for 3 stars was the extensive wait for the log book due to having private plates when I got the car. Wouldn’t do that again. And when I got the car home after purchasing it was not properly valeted, the coolant was low below minimum, the oil was low, and the tyres pressures weren’t set correctly. But hey ho all fixable quickly. This all being said I would buy a car from them again, the car was a great price for what I got. I would just like it if they paid a little bit more attention to the handover condition.

Recently brought a 2015 Audi a3 from here. The car is immaculate and drives spot on. we were given a fresh Service and MOT on the car before purchase. BCM also Fitted new parts on the car that may have been a problem long term, with list of receipts. A Shoutout to Steve and Manny who sold us the car, genuine and honest customer service throughout. Although at times a bit disorganised, This garage went above and beyond for our needs and i could not reccomend them enough. Would seriously consider buying my next car through this garage. **Upon purchase we noticed a minor aesthetic fault with the car, which was not picked up on before purchase. however upon contacting BCM i was immediately booked in at short notice for the problem to be rectified, again excellent customer service from Manny and Steve. Have just read the mixed reviews concerning this company I felt it necessary to make my feelings known. My experience could not have been better. I bought a Mondeo from them, and it was nice not having a hard sell being a single lady. The salesman was polite and listened to what I had to say and recommended the car I finally bought. The price was right and I collected the car the next day. Unfortunately after a couple of days I had a problem with the clutch and telephoned the garage to let them know. I had a courtesy car delivered and mine was taken back to be fixed, so no inconvenience to me. My car was returned two days later and I have now had several months of total problem free driving. I cannot thank them enough for the way I was treated and would have no hestitation in recommending Braunstone motors.

(please read the update:)) I would not recommend buying from this dealer, the customer service is simply non-existent… All they care about is you paying for the car, once that’s done, you won’t even get a smile… If you dare to be unhappy about anything you’ll be treated like an inconvenience… So I bought my Audi A4 not that long ago (it’s still under their 3 months’ warranty, which you don’t get in writing, you’re just being told it’s there – so pretty sure they would deny it if something would to happen), to be honest I got a good deal, which was accidental, as they priced the car incorrectly online, (in the end they committed to that price, which was the only OK thing about them). When I went to pick up the car, the process was really rushed, the sales man didn't even bother to say hello, some other guy just pushed the paperwork through… When I got to the car, it was still wet inside, clearly a rushed pre-inspection job, even though they knew I was coming… Before driving away, I've noticed the parcel shelf was missing, no one bothered to tell me this when completing the paper work, I had to go back to the office… Got told they will order one for me, as they don’t know what happened to the original one?! Finally got a replacement, in the wrong colour! Even though, I have called them to remind that it needs to match the silver/grey colour of the interior… There was no apology, or any reimbursement for the fact, that I had to go back and pick it up… When I told the sales guy this is the wrong colour he just ignored me and thrown the shelf into the car… I have pointed out before buying the car, that the breaks are pretty used up and will soon need changing, they said they will look at them and if that’s case they will change them for me – guess what? Didn't happen… It’s been a while since I bought a car and hopefully, it will be a while before I need to buy my next one, but this is not how I remember customer service should look like. If you decide to get a car from these people, for whatever reason, just assume it’s like buying private, once you drive away you will not matter to them at all… The whole experience was terrible, staff rude and unprofessional.... Also, noticed there's a lot of fake reviews on different websites, not mentioning they seem to be going by different names on few websites too (Prestige cars / my bcm & braunstone crossroads) simply avoid if you can :/ UPDATE: 2 months after purchase: Soooo, after my review I have been contacted by the dealer, initially, it was to for someone to just have a go at me - some guy telling me that the review is ridiculous etc... (it was still far away from a good customer service) But then, I have received another phone call from Mark. Now this was like a different company all together, he was kind, calm and helpful. He apologised for people I previously dealt with, and explained he will speak to them about how good customer service should look like. He offered me new brakes (to start with for a reduced price, however in the end they were sent to me free of charge), which was a nice touch. They said I will also get the parcel shelve in the right colour, had few emails from them about it, but still waiting (few weeks now), so might not happen in the end. In the end, it was all thanks to Mark, he tried to fix everything that has gone wrong with my purchase and seemed really genuine, just a shame he wasn't the first person to call me... I've changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, only cause of Marks approach and the fact the car (touch wood) still drives OK... :)

With BCM they give you a personal touch, their staff are very down earth and very relatable. We came all the way from London to buy a car in Leicester from BCM and they didn’t disappoint us. All throughout the process they were patient and very helpful. Even when I paid for the car via Bacs transfer they still held the car for me for almost 2 weeks without making any fuss, eventually due to me being extremely busy at work I arranged for my car that I purchased to be collected from BCM delivered to my home. Again BCM took time to facillate my car collection and delivery, helping me every step of the way and I am very pleased and grateful for the way they treated me.
