I’ve had the most fantastic experience with Shane, he has been very attentive and reassuring. Especially so considering there has been very long wait times on vehicles surrounding covid. Though through Shane and Renault I’ve not had to wait long at all. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful. My car is lovely with a half tank of petrol ready to go! Renault have been so much better than my last experience with Audi.

My wife and I were looking for a new car and called into Bristol Street Motors in Leicester just to see what was available . . . and we are so pleased we did. The choice of cars was very good and the service was superb . . . the salesman who looked after us, Shane Ainscough, was brilliant . . . his knowledge of the cars and the industry was superb and he guided us through the necessary documentation very quickly and efficiently. It only took 6 days from ‘just looking’ to driving out our lovely Cleo e-tech hybrid automatic. We would highly recommend Bristol Street Motors if you are looking at cars. They are very good!

My husband and I visited last week to look at used cars. We had a little browse and were then approached by a very pleasant sales man Shane Ainscough who enquired if we needed help. We discussed what we were looking for and he showed us different options which matched our budget. We decided to purchase a Renault Kadjar. Shane took us through all the paperwork and options and at no time did we feel under pressure to make decisions that we weren't comfortable with. On taking delivery of the car a small dent was noted by the sales staff and they immediately booked the car in to have the dent rectified at no cost. The general ambience of the showroom etc was very good and we felt that staff were very helpful and attentive. When we came back to get the dent fixed, Shane kept us informed of how it was progressing and ensured we were comfortable and offered us coffee As with everything there were a few minor communication issues but these were rectified quickly. Thank you to Shane also Steve, Toby and Richard for making buying our new used car a pleasant experience

Was booked in for a service and was waiting in the waiting area and Shaz approached us and got chatting and ended up looking at cars (seriously?🤣) There were a few we liked and good prices too. We fell in love with a White Dacia Duster, very low mileage and in mint condition. Traded our trusty Citroen C4 Picasso in, small deposit and viola, we were almost the proud owners of a Duster. We had a long day, as it was the end of the month and there was a lot going on. A packed lunch would've been a great idea 🤣 but wasn't all bad, we did have a great view of the King Power Stadium ⚽ 😁. Went back the next day to a gleaming, full MOT'd, Duster. Throughout the whole experience, we couldn't have been treated any nicer. Shaz was lovely, really chatty and knew exactly what he was doing. Never wasted time like previous car 🚗 dealerships I've been to. Was constantly on the go. When waiting for something that we were waiting on, he'd be sorting something else out. The Sales Manager (apologies if got your title wrong 😯) Steven Lewin was a star. He really pulled out the stops to get the car and all the paperwork, finance, and anything else I can't think of sorted as quickly as possible, as my husband needed it to be ready for work. From the time we entered the dealership, for our service, there was nothing that we could fault, apart from lack of lunch 🤣, but we did have copious amounts of hot drinks, so can't have everything 🤣, but to be fair we didn't ask 🤣🤣. Might try that next time 😜. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience, worth all that time looking at an opposing teams' ground . UP THE VILLA 🤣🤣⚽

Purchased a Dacia Sandero and although there was a delay due to Covid and the global shortage of computer chips, I was regularly updated on the progress of the build from Shane. As the delay meant I had to MOT my part ex, they even picked it up and conducted this at no cost to myself. Absolutely 5 star service, the team in Leicester really made me feel valued. Absolutely recommend.
