I bought a Nissan Yuke from them recently. Good people who know their job. Patrick was very kind and helpful and assisted me through the whole bureaucratic process of buying the car. Absolute great service! Purchased the car in one day over the phone, and they delivered it for free at a time I wanted. There was an error with the parcel shelf being left behind, but they hand delivered it to my home (in Nottinghamshire). Would definitely recommend. Friendly service and great quality car! When first viewing the spotting the car, I was beyond excited, and contacted them to view the car (Ford Fusion 2006) I quick got a response from Patrick, who was dealing with all the cars they sold. He was beyond helpful, answering all my questions/concerns, and did his absolute best to help me know what I was buying. After arranging to view the car, one of his colleagues helped me view the car, as well as test drive it. They were also very friendly and welcoming. After viewing the car I noticed a couple parts that I wanted to find out more on such as repairs for slight wear on the axel bush, as well as a tire that was warn. In the end he chased everything up with his local garages and managed to help me sort everything that needed sorting. If you are looking for someone, that will help you find the right car, at a very respectable price, and stand by you with everything that you need, and not stop till any issues are sorted! Car Palace is the place to go!!
