Highest quality paintwork carried out by the boys at Jack's Shack. Honestly could not believe the standard of work carried to my pride and joy. It's actually hard to take a good photo due to the amazing shine of the paint reflecting everything around it. Has to be seen in the flesh. Great bunch of guys. Highly recommend Jack's Shack for not just paint but all aspects of van conversions. Many thanks to sales manager Matt for making the process friendly and stress free. Shame I can't give more stars.

Brilliant service from the guys at Jacks Shack, very friendly and second to none at what they do! Had my VW Caddy insulated and carpeted with electrics. The guys have done an amazing job!

Great Quality Job from Jacks Shack. Absolutely love the cool design on my LWB T6. So much fitted into a small space, very clever design. Sleek and practical walk through layout with a private toilet space next to the rear door. Quality mix of storage units with soft close drawers. Loads of electric points and led lights just where you need them, you don't even have to get out of bed. Under the counter lights give a snug low light feel and good light into the cupboards. The pop top sides are of thick leatherette giving good weather protection, with both clear windows and fly screens, you can unzip the front and just sleep under the stars. RIB memory foam beds that convert from two singles to a double by sliding together really easily. Then there is all the hidden electric's with a solar roof panel that keeps both leisure and start batteries charged and an automatic switching system so you don't have to do a thing. A neat little indicator shows you how much charge you have. Great friendly place and you get well looked after.

Absolutely brilliant place. Not only did they complete the work in fantastic order, and were friendly and helpful, but they go the extra mile. I mentioned when I was due to collect my van that I had some wheels delivered, and they offered to fit them. Which they did. They made my ducato feel like a proper camper van. Thanks guys

Many thanks to Jack, Lorna, Frankie and all the team. Jane and I were very pleased with the service and the relaxed atmosphere . They was no hard sell but we felt all the staff gave honest and professional information and all our questions were answered, every thing we asked for in our new campervan was provided . We highly recommend Jack's Shack . Prior to visiting Jack's Shack we attended the campervan show at NEC, Jack's Shack was by far the more informative and were able to deliver what we required In a very short time scale.

I had a dream of one day of working anywhere in the country on a recreational vehicle. When Starlink internet services where launched I knew my dream would become a reality. I have known Jack, Mark as young kids and they were always innovative. We lost touch for a few years and I came to know about their company through my wife. I gave call and was answered by Mark and it was all positive. I showed them idea of having a Mobile office and there was never a doubt in their mind that this could happen. From sourcing of the Van. Designing the office and the installation of the Starlink was done with great thought and innovation. Thank you guys for making my dream a reality. I may be the first off grid working radiologist in the world. Well done guys and the whole team at Jacks shack!

The team at Jack’s know and understand what customer service means. The team took ownership for a problem which actually lay with VW but the team wanted us back camping ASAP so went above and beyond. Honestly, I cannot recommend the team highly enough, special shout out to Lorna who always promised to do what she said and phoned me out of hours to update me. Great service VW couldn’t help me for four weeks ,these guys sorted me out immediately with good grace. Frankie and Paul went out of their way to get me off on holiday repairing my locked rock and roll bed . Great help recommend mutchly.

Decided to get an awning rail fitted and Jacks said they could fit us in so we booked it, but only after leaving a public message on social media as emails and messages via their website went unanswered. The first weekend after the rail was fitted it leaked in several place and the end cap fell off, luckily at the campsite not on the road. So I emailed them from the campsite. Didn’t hear anything back on the Monday so chased it up by phone, was told to drop van off midweek. Took it back to get the work rectified, but by mid afternoon not heard from them so chased it up to be told van was ready, asked what time they shut and was told in the next 20 mins! Had to drag my wife out of a meeting and get her to take me down. Threw the camping gear in the van and raced off to the campsite through Friday evening traffic. So whilst this is far from the worst customer service experience we’ve had it’s no where near the 5 star one we’d expected, and I still need to secure the end cap which fell off before we left for that weekend’s trip.was told to bring the van back, again, but I’m not sure I’m the one that should be doing the running around to get work rectified, again, wasting my time. Communication was poor most of the time Update. We now have rust stains coming through where it’s been attached.

We are so delighted with our new camper van from Jacks Shack, I doubt you will find a better finish or a friendlier more skilled team anywhere. We have had some inevitable snagging bits that needed sorting and also we decided to add a few more accessories, all of which were done by the team there with absolutely no fuss, in fact they bent over backwards to help us get everything tip top and really went the extra mile. I can't recommend them highly enough, plus I saw some of the newly done vans last time I was there and they look incredible. If you're thinking of getting a new camper van or a conversion or even just pimping up the one you've got get down there sharpish, cheers , Peter and Claire

My own experience with the crew from Jacks Shack was fantastic!,... Had lots of work carried out on my own Ford transit custom, from insulation, flooring to 12volt electrical work etc etc and more! The guys at Jacks Shack did a great job installing the electrics in my self build camper. They gave good advice and got the job done quickly so I could go away and enjoy some off grid camping the following week. I’d definitely use them again. Had a winter pack - diesel heater and heated seats- fitted at Jacks’ Shack campervans as well as a Westfalia detachable tow bar. As I live miles away it was great that Matt managed to get all done in one day. The heater is a very tidy installation with controller just under the main control panel of the Jacks’ Shack converted van. I will test it this weekend. The heated seats are lovely with the controls on the A pillars very tidy indeed.The towbar fits right under the bumper and is removable so there is no sign of it when not required- just showing is the 13 pin electrics. Top rated dealer that’s why I traveled to Leicestershire to the new home of Jacks’Shack campervans who know their stuff- highly recommend.

First time at Jack’s Shack with my latest VW - A 2018 Caravelle. This was a change for us, away from California Beach models, a decision to buy a caravan tow vehicle with reduced need to sleep in the van. We really did need rapid installation of a seat rotator & JS replied in moments with a quote. An appointment was quickly made & the work done well.
