Very pleased with the service provided by Leicester Audi recently. The dealership took complete responsibility for providing warranty repairs based on a suspension part that had failed within two years of being fitted. That part wasn't fitted by an Audi dealership but was a genuine Audi OEM part provided by an independent. Nonetheless, Leicester Audi sorted it and even ran into another problem with the hydraulic suspension system which caused a delay - so gave me a loan car while that was put right. All at no charge. Can't complain about that at all, so five stars for a job well done.

I’d been looking for a car for quite sometime as I had become bored with my BMW. I decided to go to BMW to discuss about purchasing a new car, the service I received was poor, from the salesman not listening to my requirements nor budget. I had a look around and noticed an Audi at Audi Leicester, I rang up the site and was put through to Lee, Lee listened to me, took my details and arranged a time for me to visit the following day with ease.. it was so quick and easy! I visited Audi Leicester and the facility was immaculate from start to finish, I was offered a drink upon arrival and Lee had the car washed for me, took me out on a test drive and made me feel so at ease. I left that day so confident that that was the car I wanted! I returned a few days later to discuss with Lee about purchasing the car, I didn’t feel pressured into anything, I was taken through everything step by step, we had a great laugh also!! I eventually purchased the car that day and Lee and the team supported me through the whole process it was so relaxing! There was a slight issue on the pick up day of the car which was abnormal due to a system being down (out of Audi’s control) Lee and the team acted swiftly and ensured I still left with the car that same day! In conclusion my experience at Leicester Audi was so professional and relaxing, credit to Lee for being a great salesman who doesn’t push you into decisions and has a good laugh with you and isn’t robotic! Since my purchase I have recommended Leicester Audi to many friends and colleagues, and I will certainly be returning when my partner is due a new car! Thank you again to the team at Leicester Audi

We have recently had a great experience buying our new Audi A6. We called the dealership on Saturday morning, having in mind the specific car that he found on the website. Stephen Sibcy has been our contact. He has always been very well prepared: when we arrived to the dealership on Saturday we were greeted, offered a coffee. Stephen had car prepared, was able to describe all relevant details to us and took as for a ride. He kept us informed during the whole process and was very helpful. The car was prepared exactly as promised, the handover process was smooth and easy. There is nothing we could complain about. We live on Coventry but for this level of service and professionalism we would be happily coming back to Leicester.

Nice, modern showroom. Poped in looking to get an A3 s-line for wife. Didn't buy it at the end as we was not to keen on it, and taking into account lack of any offers at present couldn't justify buying a car we not 100 percent sure about. Mark was very helpful trying to look into different options and models for us as well as checking the availability. Deducted 1 star though as when we came there was only one couple in the whole showroom, no other customers what so ever but still ended up having to wait very long time to be seen.

After a long awaited search i finally found my Q7 with loads of extras. I sent my interest via the Audi used approved main site and i got Habib calling me the next day to discuss. No pressure and no cleaver sales tricks. He took my deposit and had us look at it the day it arrived at the showroom. We saw the car not cleaned and its original arrival condition which is always best to see. We liked it and the work started. Habib was so kind, he kept me informed all the way and had the car ready for a weekend. Even at the point of sale, he took us for a extended test drive to make sure it was for us. He discuss extras but allowed us to take our time and reflect if what he was offering was for us. Again no pushy type of sales. After we took the car there were a couple of niggles (minor) which he offered to collect the car from mu house and get sorted. I would come back to Audi just for his salesmen nature. Right gentlemen to deal with and totally honest. . Never thought id say that about a salesmen!

After looking myself for some time to try and find an SQ5 I spoke to Mark Warner to see if he could help with my search very quickly he managed to find the car I was looking for in the colour and specification I wanted all within the price I was looking to spend. Exceptional Service from Exceptional People I took my S5 to Leicester Audi with an issue with the SOS system. The issue was resolved swiftly, efficiently, and with top class service. The service from the client facing staff at Leicester Audi was some of the best I’ve ever been lucky enough to have in any car repair experience. The brilliant professionals are caring, courteous, considerate and thoughtful, as well as brilliant at their jobs. Genuinely lovely people whom really care about ensuring you walk away with the technical issues resolved and a positive experience to boot. I would like to thank Mansur Rahman. Bought an Audi A6 avant back in October 2021. Had an electrical issue with the SOS. Taken to Wolvehampton Audi, as it was my closest dealership. The vehicle I purchased in January had some bodywork issues, so instead of opting to make my life difficult, Kevin, the Sales Manager there, got onto it straight away, assigning a driver called Justice (the nicest guy you’ll ever meet) to drive a courtesy car all the way up to Durham and then Justice drove my car all the way back up to my work place in Newcastle once it had been repaired with Kevin keeping in regular contact throughout. The majority of buying a new car and selling my part exchange went without a hitch with good clear communication. On the day of collection there was an issue with tax meaning I couldn’t collect the vehicle as planned. Was previously taxed as disabled and only way to tax was post office which was closed. The solution was to loan me a car to get back home and then come and swap them over the following day, a distance of over 150 miles. Fuel was put in both cars. The car loaned was high spec and significantly more expensive than the one I’ve just bought. Shame it was sorted so quickly.

Took my car in for a service today (05/11/21). Customer service was mixed. Greeted by a half asleep staff. Better in the late morning where I was offered a drink after watching her taking a beverage to a sitting waiting customer. Towards the end of the wait in the show room Service staff came over to advise car would be ready shortly and was offered a drink again. Not bad. Overall customer service okay. Wished the mechanic or whoever if was not to leave greasy finger prints on the gloss black finish.

First time dealership buyer - used car. Our sales person was Habibur Rahman (Habs), we went into the showroom with our 2 children (1 and 2 year). he gave them paper, pencils and biscuits to keep them entertained. My wife and I went through our requirements (price, model, what we want the car for, etc) and Habs came back a number of different options. He did not rush us or force us to pick a car, which we really appreciate. Habs showed us a number of potential cars, as he search all dealerships to get the right price. (love a good deal) He gave us his honest opinion on things we were unsure of, which was great. Even allowed us to test drive a car and explained all the benefits and key features very clearly. He gave us an amazing price on the car we liked and talked through the finance options. We went alway did our research and found that the deal we got was really good. purchasing the car was really easy, Habs always kept in contact with us throughout each stage, either via phone, or email. The salesman I was dealing with wasn't the sharpest knife in the draw - which was made worse by the failure of the senior sales manager to actually leave his office to talk to me directly. Made a couple of errors on my Sytner journey. 1 we didn't buy the car from them, 2 we booked the car in online. The online booking gave no indication of price but it did say that "someone" would get back to us. This didn't happen so when I arrived to be advised by Charlotte that "today's service would be £390!!!!" I was non too pleased. I could labour on this point but that would nullify my comments. The main point here is presented with a serious problem Charlotte was not only able to overcome my objections and dissatisfaction to the point where I left the service point a more than happy customer. All credit goes to her for turning the situation from a negative to a solid A+.

Having bought a new car from Leicester Audi, brought a different car in for servicing, and considered buying a used model, I have found the three areas to perform very differently. New car sales staff are superb, as are the servicing staff. Both go the extra mile to assist customers. Used car sales are less impressive. It is not uncommon to be left floating around the sales floor or outright ignored - which makes me less likely to part with my money. On several occasions we have visited to find the cars on the showroom floor have flat batteries because “customers open and close the doors”. This is to be expected, and no other garage seems to have difficulty leaving their showroom vehicles attached to trickle chargers to solve the issue of these annoying customers wanting to look at cars.

They explained everything clearly to me and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured into the sale. It really did feel like they cared about customer satisfaction – and were really accommodating of my own circumstances. I couldn’t drive up to Leicester (my home city) from London to collect my new Audi as I needed to take my kids to a trampolining party that weekend [ ‘bots couldn’t make this sort of stuff up! :-) ] and they offered to have the car delivered to me! I’m not planning on buying a new car anytime soon (as I’m so pleased with my new Audi) but if I was, I would definitely return to Leicester Audi and see Rebecca and Matthew (I may even get my servicing done there!). I'll keep this review as short and sweet as I can while trying to do justice to the incredible service I regularly receive from Audi, more specifically their salesman Habz. I am on my 3rd car from Habz and each and every time the service has been professional, quick, easy, and simple. As of writing this review I have had my car for a week today and Habz has already checked in twice to make sure I am enjoying my car. I could go on a lot more about how easy it was to purchase the car and drive away with it the very next day but I don't want to ramble. Just go to Audi, ask for Habz, let him find you the right car.

Best car buying experience I’ve had, I had been looking for a Q5 for a while without much luck and thought I would try my luck and see if Leicester Audi had any in my price range which I didn’t think they would but nothing ventured nothing gained. I spoke with a lady called Rebecca and she took all my details and what I was after and said she would call me back, to be honest I didn’t think they would call. Within 40 mins she had rang me back and found one in Wales, with all the features I was looking for. She arranged for the transfer to Leicester and kept me informed at every stage. On the hand over it was her day off and a very helpful Lady called pritti took it over, she was very knowledgeable. The car was better than I could have hoped, all the other cars I had looked at had marks and the odd scuff, this car looked like it was straight out the box!!! I also had a few questions regarding the servicing and so on and she passed me over to a chap called Ben in the service department who answered all my questions he clearly knew the Audi mark inside out!! All in all a top place with expert staff, just what you want when purchasing a car! And to top it off the coffee Lady made me a blinding latte!!!
