The real Graeme Stevens that bought a car from Luks!!! Let's clear something up here, the other Graeme who wrote a review did not purchase a car and you cannot provide an opinion on a service you never received. Stupid review and pretty stupid to write publicly. I did buy a car, and the service I received was excellent. The whole team were friendly and professional. Even a week after purchasing the car the team rang me to see how everything was and to let me know that if I need anything then to call. The test drive was fantastic and there was no pushy sales just good friendly chit chat. I received a 6 month top AA warranty and 12 months breakdown cover!! They provided good old fashioned customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to buying a vehicle from Luks Car Sales. This car dealer looks after their customers. Buying a car at Luks Car Sales was hands down THE BEST car-buying experience one can wish for. Not only the whole process was the least salesy I've ever encountered (no hovering over, no overexaggerated praise around the quality of vehicles, no silly urgency-inducing tactics like "there's a huge interest - we've got another two people coming to view it"). The quality of cars stocked is extremely high whilst the prices are more than reasonable. The staff are friendly, approachable, accommodating and utterly knowledgeable. I could not recommend higher. Wherever you are in the country, Luks Car Sales is worth a trip.

Just bought my car. Luka and Rav are the most friendly and honest people you could meet. They along with their team make you feel at ease straight away. They couldn’t do enough for you. Had an astra from here which I absolutely love! and would highly recommend both Luk and rav, my car has had a few problems since I got it but Luk have traveled to Wales on two occasions to pick the car up from me take it back and fix it, and then bring my car back to me both times (it's a 3 hour travel each way) they do go above and beyond for their customers, I'm very happy with their service, highly recommend this company!
