Excellent customer service from start to finish. Offered a courtesy car but not required. Car was MOTD and serviced and cleaned before collection. Trish was excellent with a great sense of humour. Brilliant that you are all still wearing masks. Can’t fault buying the car or servicing it 10/10

With current circumstances being what they are I was unsure about ordering a car and having it delivered, especially since I am not local to the area. The sales team made me feel really reassured about what I was buying and took some great steps to help me get to a purchase. Their 12 month guarantee on the car I brought was fantastic and had far better pricing than other dealers I looked at with a similar guarantee offer. Overall really happy with my car, I don't change often but will be using these guys again when I do.

Had an issue with all 4 of my wheel valves and after speaking to 2 other garages they mentioned only Peugeot could deal with my issue rather than it being a generic fix considering I have a 108. They mentioned about needing the valves and sensors replacing and the cost being £50 a wheel, ouch! Anyway Peugeot had a look straight away and said they be able to sort the issue without having to cut through the sensors and it cost me £85 for all 4 wheels and even gave my car a wash too! Great service and glad I managed to get the issue sorted at a much smaller cost.

I own a Peugeot 3008 Allure 6 years old I bought it from another dealership 3 years ago, it developed a fault with the Media system so I got a quote to have a new unit fitted £1,300. Robbins and Day managed to have the unit repaired in to full working order, they spent countless hours ( that I was not charged for), and saved me over £600.00. The after sales team is the best service I have received in over 50 years of driving. I am booking my car in for a service plan and when I am looking to change my Car again Robbins and Day will be my first and last stop! Bought car from them but wasnt to happy how clean the car was given to me .when you expect a nearly new car that youve spent a few grand on the wheels wernt clean proper dirty marks on inside in certain points .so generally the cars good but the valet no so good .

Returned to Robins and Day for another car, courtesy of their top salesman (and all round great bloke) James Bingley. Service was great, the price was great, and the level of communication and associated care from James was exceptional. Even on his rare days off, he was in touch making sure I was happy with my choices, even to the point of moving up my delivery and coming in on his day off to facilitate the handover. I would always recommend Robins and Day, and would always suggest a visit before you go elsewhere.

My 2008 recently developed a rattle and as I was about to go on holiday I thought I'd better get it checked out. The fault was identified, resolved and I collected the car today. The service I received, particularly from Glynn, was outstanding from start to finish; nothing was too much trouble, he was prepared to go the 'extra mile' in order to complete the (not exactly straight forward) job. I am self employed and I have a Peugeot on lease, on Tuesday I had a loud knocking noise from the front of my car. I live in Market Harborough so I rang my nearest dealer and they said I would have to wait a week just to look at it. I called Robins and Day and gave me an appointment within 48 hours. 2 pm on the Thursday they looked at my car and diagnosed the problem, they lent me a courtesy car and within an hour I was back on the road. On the Friday 1pm my car was fixed and on the road, I hardly lost anytime, brilliant service, it’s a bit further for me but I will definitely definitely be using them in future. Thanks guys !!

The most recent one was a more exotic 208 GTi by Peugeot Sport found in their network and brought over for me. Courtesy cars are available and they even have an automatic one, although you might have to wait for one to be available.
