I found a Hyundai i30 fastback on auto trader and enquired about it by email. The salesperson Olivia was very helpful in answering my questions and sending me a video of the car. After a bit of negotiating between ourselves she managed to secure me a good price for my part exchange and for the car. I travelled down from Glasgow to pick it up and on meeting Olivia I was impressed by her helpfulness in showing me the car and getting everything done in a professional and polite manner. Would use this dealership again if I was,looking to purchase my next car.

I, like most people, have a distrust of main dealers, expecting overpriced goods, and poor service. Things that I could never accuse Sturgess of. My whole experience was really good. From the lovely girls on the front desk, to the first class service department. Recommend them highly.

My first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership with no idea what to expect. I was dealt with from start to finish by Lisa, who was extremely thorough and professional. Every question I has was answered, and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure that my Peugeot was the perfect car for me, and with considerate aftercare which most places wouldn’t do! I purchased a used Hyundai i20 without viewing as I live 100 miles away - something which is quite out of character for me! Lisa was so helpful in answering all my questions and in taking me through the purchase process. Lisa also reassured that any issues with the car after delivery would be dealt with either by Sturgess or under warranty. There were a couple of repairs needed when the car was delivered which were then rectified and paid for by Hyundai Sturgess. I have to say I love the car; I couldn’t find anything with the same spec near home. So a big thank you to Lisa for all her help and for highlighting this car to me when the car I originally enquired about had already been sold.

Fantastic service! I was provided with a personal video of the car I was interested in which was followed up with a courtesy call. After I decided to buy the car, I paid a deposit and test drove the vehicle later. Overall a positive experience, quality used car at a reasonable fair price. As a negative point, after a brief (by personal choice) test drive & noticing the drivers side mirror wasn't operating as it should, being told by the sales person that any major dealership would be able to fix it and no offer of it being assessed/repaired from & by the place of purchase was a little 'different' and a unique first for me personally. The service provided should be no different for an £1000 used or £20,000 new vehicle. However overall a nice used vehicle and worth the long journey from South Yorkshire.

I purchased a used vehicle a few months back. I had a few niggles which werent dealt with, I was initially a little disappointed that no action was taken as promised. However once Liam picked up on it he very promptly went over above to make sure everything was sorted. Booked my car in for an MOT, within an hour of dropping it off I received a text message with a link that took me to a Web page. This Web page had a video of the engineer showing me around the car and explaining the results of the MOT which was just brilliant. Then even better than that, all of the advisories highlighted in the video were listed below it and I was free to authorise any work I wanted doing by just clicking an authorise button next to each listed advisory or not as they were only advisories after all. I chose to have a couple of bits of work completed, authorised them online and I was contacted just a few hours later to say that my vehicle was ready to go. Staff were very freindly, welcoming and knowledgeable - 5 star Quality of work and the service were both spot on - 5 star I wouldn't take my car to anyone else.

Olivia at Sturgess was managing my account and purchase and was able to get everything sorted and kept me updated. She even managed to get additional cosmetic extras on the Lexus at no extra cost.This is by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Visited on Sunday 15/10/2017. A small dealership but a decent range of used cars. Although they were clearly busy, all staff were friendly, polite and attentive. A well-equipped waiting area with free tea, coffee, biscuits and cold drinks. We were handed brochures, were able to discuss numerous package and finance options, and although we didn't walk out with a car on this occasion, it was a very positive experience overall!

Mixed feelings. Initially the garage was helpful in organising a time to pick up a car I wanted to buy. After a few weeks of owning the car i found some small problems (damaged seatbelt, cosmetic issues). I went back to the garage and they very happily picked up the car dealt with the issues and brought it back, which was impressive service. However, shortly after I noticed seatbelt damage on the drivers side, and also a problem with the left wing mirror indicator. I was disappointed they hadn't checked these things over. I was given a lot of confidence that the car had no problems as it was 'approved'. Regardless of how well an 'approved car' is supposed to be checked, I would encourage anyone to check a car very thoroughly, to avoid any disappointment once taken off the forecourt. Here's hoping I don't have to fork out for unexpected bills at the MOT...

I found Hyundai Anstey a place where the sales team and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Mark Loxley the salesperson I met for my test drive, I found him very knowledgable about the Tucson I was interested in and he talked me through all the options. A week later I drove away with a new Tucson. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for anyone looking for a new or used Hyundai. Regards to all at Hyundai Anstey.

I bought my new car from the Anstey branch, although I live in Coventry, I still take my car back to them for servicing, as my sister wanted to change her car, I took her over to Anstey, she decided to buy, the price they gave her for her old car was very generous, and she was very impressed by Olivia’s patience and professionalism, I was also surprised, Olivia said, as I introduced my sister, I qualified fo a £50 shopping voucher. My sister loves her car; we both want to thank all the staff.

All the people at Hyundai Loughborough (Anstey) were helpful in arranging me to have my new car. I had a good trade in with my old car and I am very pleased with my new car as It has a wonderful radio station called Gold so I can hear varied music from the past with my girlfriend who enjoys music. Also it is easy to drive and very comfortable. When I took Lori my girlfriend and her mother for her birthday to Belvoir Castle her mother had a lovely sleep in the back seat whilst coming home. They are such lovely people and a joy to see at Anstey with Olivia being a lovely person as well as everyone else. I wish them all well in the future. David Cookson
