There were a few ‘bad points’ to the vehicle as to be expected for a five year old vehicle! I pointed these out and was pleasantly surprised when I got a reasonable amount off the price of the vehicle for these minor ‘bad points’. Can’t fault these guys at all!

After driving for over 50 years using the manual handbrake it was now time for me to go with the electronic handbrake with the purchase of the new Kona. With the help of Kiril the sales executive arranging a test drive and fully explaining the use of the electronic handbrake and being very patient with me l can confirm that l have now been driving the Kona for about 2 months and enjoying the quality drive that the Kona gives, thank you Kiril for your help.

The salesman that looked after us was Tariq, a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer care, he exceeded our expectations…nothing was too much trouble, very polite and attentive. We had a couple of issues prior to taking the car, however rather than huffs, puffs and tutting, the whole team rallied around to resolve them. I don’t normally write reviews as I expect the very best service as standard, a rare commodity these days. The car was also finished to a fantastic condition before I collected. Recently had an issue with my TPMS light which I emailed Tariq about - he quickly prompted the mechanics here to contact me. I then dealt with Pritesh who was lovely and kept my updated all the way through - turns out it was just an error I had made with my tyre pressures, but Sturgess did not charge me anything, kept me updated throughout, cleaned and sanitized the car both inside and out and also filled up my screen wash. The inside of the car is stunning and the upgrades Fiat have done compared to my old ones are fantastic. To fit so much into a dinky car, which seems bigger in the front to me as my 6ft 2 lad sits in the front fine. Perfect for a little person like me. I was not pressured in any way to buy and given time to make my mind up. Callum is an excellent sales Representative and gave more than I asked for. Thankyou to Sam and George also for a great deal. I have been driving it for a few weeks now and just love it more and more. I ordered an i10 for my wife in January 2019 and subsequently decided to order an i30fastback for myself a few days later. The i10 was delivered at the beginning of February as promised but due to a administrative error (when the garage that had the exact model and colour I had ordered sold it to someone else) my i30 was delayed whilst a shipment arrived into the UK. I was told it would be delivered on the 1st April but then the transport company delayed it until it finally arrived on April 6th. I have to commend the sales team at Sturgess for their support during the buying experience, they kept me informed all the way. I recently travelled from Leeds to Sturgess in Leicester to buy a new car. From start to finish I was really impressed with Sturgess, and in particular with Kiril, who was my point of contact. Communication throughout was excellent - always prompt and very clear. Within 10 mins of my initial enquiry I was sent a personalised video of the vehicle answering my questions and showing me the interior/ exterior. The car needed one alloy refurbing and the upholstery valeted. This was done when they said it would be and another video was sent through, showing the car polished and fully prepped. All of this gave me the confidence to get a one way ticket on the train, complete the sale and drive the vehicle home!
