I have bought many vehicles over the years I have been driving, and although I had researched the vehicle I was after (MB SLK250 AMG) and driven some dismal examples at a few other garages, the customer service level and quality of cars at Troon Cars of Leicester was a mark above the rest. Personal service was optimal, and they had reserved the car for me to view with a simple inquiry. Having said that there were many quality cars there not only the one I was viewing. After a test drive I decided to purchase it and over a chat and a negotiation for part Ex, extended warranty and help with taking my personalised plates off my old car, the purchase was all quickly easily and comprehensively sorted, no pressure, no problems and I drove away with my new car. On the way home I noticed a slight unbalance of the wheels and that the aircon was a bit lacking , but no problem at all as the next day I raised this with Troon Cars and they immediately told me to go to a local garage and they would reimburse me for sorting those issues out (I live an hour away), even easier, I went to a garage they told me they had an account with and it was all sorted the day after. What a result. What service. I will definitely consider using them again for my next quality car.

6 Star service! We don't normally take the time to compliment service providers or suppliers but in this instance we would like to share the experience of dealing with Troon Cars. Like other review submitters from initial contact to completion of sale they were excellent. We had to travel a distance to view the vehicle and because of work commitments it was almost 2 days before we could make the appointment, they told us they would hold the vehicle until we travelled up country to see it.They provided historic information on the vehicle (we also did our own checks). Everything they told us confirmed exactly as presented, the car was in pristine condition as discussed. Their after sales service also was as good as our initial contact, I would like to thank Jimmy for the time he gave us in helping us with our further requests. On my next purchase of a premium used vehicle my first call will be to Troon. Many thanks guys!!

We bought an Mercedes SLK from them back in May. It had a brake light fault when we went to pick it up. Nigel acknowledged the fault was on there and said he would get it fixed. This was during all the lockdown so it took a while for it to get sorted but they held true to their word. Even had a phone call from the owner to see if everything was ok. Saw a vehicle advertised on auto trader contacted them arranged eventually to go across saturday morning they let me inspect the vehicle and road test it they where upfront over the issues they new was wrong with the vehicle they did have the vehicle on sale at a higher price on other platforms and had made an error when they put it on auto trader but like true professionals they honoured the price advertised It was nice doing business with them I would recommend People to give them a try for the vehicle needs .
