Purchased a VW Golf from Andy at VeeDub services. Great customer service from the start. Had an issue within couple of months which wasn’t the garages fault as cars always have technical issues whenever. Andy gave me a courtesy car while the Golf was getting fixed under the warranty provided. Great customer service. Quick and professional with a friendly approach. Definitely recommend.

I bought a 2nd hand blue Vauxhall Mokka from Vee Dub services on 9th April 2021. Spoke to Andy and made necessary arrangements to go and see the car same day. Well met by Andy who offered us refreshments after our drive to get there. Car was beautifully presented with all documentation in support of past history etc. He accepted my 20 year old Ford Mondeo in part exchange at a good price. The car is excellent condition mechanically and aesthetically - It was just what my wife and I needed in our old age. We highly recommend Andy at Vee Dub who also gave us 6 month warranty on this purchase.

Purchased a lovely Golf from Andy, great customer service throughout start to end, and following the aftermath issues. We had an issue with the clutch, it wasn't Andy or the Garages fault, cars can have technical issues whenever, Andy when we purchased provided us with a warranty which he went well out of his way to get fixed as soon as possible. He even purchased the same part twice from two different place just to make sure that one hundred percent it comes the following day. It was the little things Andy done, Andy went above and beyond and I would 100% recommend purchasing any car or if you have work to be done on a car, I would say Andy is the guy, straight to the point, customers are clearly his priority, hard to find car garages with this sort of enthusiasm towards a good customer service. Again, a big thank you to Andy for selling us this lovely Golf, works perfect and runs so smooth. Full trust on Andy and his team, so don't even think twice about not purchasing from or getting work done from Andy - Im a top google reviewer, so check my good and bad reviews, this is one of the longest because he deserves it. What they did to me was crazy. I texted them on Friday and they got back to me in 10 mins, arranged me a test drive on Sat (!). The car was ready in 1 week, full MOT, 2 new tyres, free RAC breakdown cover, a reasonable part exchange and 3 months warranty which we have never used. Even the main Mazda dealer in Leicester said that my car was well kept and it will continue to serve me for years. The car has just passed the MOT last week without any prob, only 11k miles added. My craziest exp with a car dealer so far. * They are quite close to the Britania who serve the best steak in Quenibro. I was looking for any issue with the car, so I can brought it back to them and then call the Britania again. But it never happened...

Have used v dub services for the past 5 years nothing is ever too much trouble for Andy and Larry, even jobs at short notice are dealt with quickly and to a high standard, I have even sent my partner in for a drive bye just for Andy to fit a light bulb (make this easier Volkswagen!!)
