Great first time experience of buying a new car from a dealership. The staff were pleasent and professional. The salesman Long Do was informative, very friendly and pleasant and there was no hard sell. Long accompanied me on a test drive and really put me at ease. I was a bit nervous about driving an automatic for the first time. Long was very patient and explained everything, making sure I was comfortable before setting off. He explained all the buying options available and the different specs across the range of Yaris Cross models. We negotiated a deal that I was happy with and he really listened to what I wanted and did his best to provide me with that. The only downside is the lead time of 5 and a half months but that is beyond the dealership's control so not a reflection on them.

Saloni, the sales executive that dealt with us was very friendly, professional, polite, knowledgable and not at all pressurising. Nothing was too much trouble. It was my first time being there to get my car airbag changed under (recevied recall to change airbag). Customer service was good, I was dealt with good welcoming environment and was offer coffee/tea at my arrival. There is lovely waiting area where you can sit and relax. The approximate time was given for service, withing 1/2 hour it was all done. The whole experience was very smooth and stressless.

She is very helpful and a very thoughtful person who isn't driven by her sales, she genuinely cares about the customer's needs. She talked me through everything including the extra protection I could purchase for a vehicle. I did not buy the car in the end as it was quite above my budget, however I would definitely recommend herself to anybody who is looking to buy a car from this dealership. She's amazing! She also has had some experience in the banking sector so she's very helpful with the finance side of things aswell. She's very realistic and doesn't push a sale either which is important to me. All in all, myself and my parents were treated with respect by Saloni and honestly would have bought the car if I had not got my heart set on another else where!
