Firstly I bought my car recently from Andrews, they were efficient and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend them! Secondly after travelling to France my car broke down and I couldn’t start it at all. After trying many obvious things to resolve the car problem (jump start etc) I had to call a garage to assist. Glad to say the car is ok ✅ now. I just wanted to say the aftercare support I received from Andrews was amazing, they paid for the repair to my car and made the nightmare less traumatic. Brilliant place, bought my first car from here years ago. Has always been my first point of call if anything goes wrong with my car, or if I am need of some advice. As a young female too I feel comfortable and not as if they are trying to take advantage of prices, because I honestly have no idea what I'm doing with my car half the time. Their prices are brilliant and more than fair. 10/10 recommend.

Extremely friendly staff. We honestly thought we’d be bombarded with sales pitch after sales pitch, but we didn’t. Purchased a Mini within half an hour, other dealers I dealt with previously had wasted a lot of time trying to sell me car mats, or security cameras. We never felt forced or coerced into buying something. Great experience and would recommend.

Contacted them using their live web chat on a Sunday and they text me first thing Monday morning with all my questions answered. Kept me up to date all week until I travelled over 100miles to view the car - had a decent test drive. Friendly staff, not pushy and really helpful. Arranged a fair part exchange which was easy. In 30 years of driving I've probably had 30 different cars. I can hand on heart say that my recent purchase with part exchange was the easiest of any of those cars bought. From agreement to collection was 2 days, with a better than fair part exchange value received for my old vehicle. The service and warranty plans are optional but are that good value you'd be silly to ignore. In short, Andrew's were 1st Class and will be my preferred choice for future vehicle purchases.

After being told that Andrews Car Centre were proud to be a family dealership and being very happy with the car I had gone to see, I made my purchase. They let themselves down went I went to collect my new car by making me feel they wanted me out the door as soon as possible and not even cleaning / valeting the car for me (there were the same dry leaves still in the engine bay, and the bodywork seemed dusty) from when I viewed the car a week earlier! Disappointing!

Just popped in to see what cars they had on forecourt, I had been looking for a few minutes before I was approached by a salesman who asked if I was alright and needed any help. I said I was just looking and he said that if I wanted any more information like history or mileage just to grab him or a colleague. I like to know basic information which unfortunately none of the cars have on them but I see why they don't display this as the salesman is then needed and can chat to you about each car.

I did purchase the extra warranty through Andrews as I've used it in the past and they're true to their word. When the first car developed a complicated issue that required VW dealer attention, Andrews warranty covered the cost. I didn't think twice about taking it out with the other cars, including my new one. Great family run dealership that you really can trust.
