My wife purchased a beautiful Audi yesterday from this Audi garage. What a fabulous team that work here. We was well looked after from the first step onto there forecourt. From Trainee salesman Andy who dealt with us throughout to Experienced salesman James who shadowed Andy on his first car sale. We arrived at Lincoln Audi to "Just" have a look at a Q7 to replace our Q5 which we also purchased from Lincoln Audi. We were greeted by Neil and were given a quick look at the showroom vehicle, Neil managed to find us a car from Grimsby. It arrived from Grimsby on Monday morning, we looked, we liked, we bought. I've purchased multiple cars in my life but never have I once had a more enjoyable experience than at Lincoln Audi, and I do mean it was an experience. From the moment I stepped foot inside I felt comfortable. Despite the Covid restrictions you could really tell that everyone was being careful and doing their best to keep everyone safe. I met with James W who was outstanding in every way. At first I was unsure and James totally understood this and allowed me to go away and have a think about my options. He became my go-to contact at Audi and continuously kept me informed and up to date. Never once did I feel pressured or judged as you can sometimes feel at car dealers, nor did I feel rushed to make a decision. After a think I returned and ended up making my purchase. James then went above and beyond to make it a special and memorable hand-over. This is what I mean by experience. The little details like the video he let me take of the cover revealing the car, (and the photos he took of me absolutely cheesing with it in the showroom) to the sign that was personalised and set up ready for me. I am so so pleased. Like I said, I've bought cars before, but this was BY FAR the best experience. Easily a loyal customer from now on. Not only was the personal experience great, the car is obviously a dream to drive. I ended up going on a spontaneous trip and took a bunch of photos of it because it is just a gorgeous car. I originally dealt with Bethany who was absolutely fantastic, so helpful, listened well and went above and beyond to get it just right for me. She called or emailed most days and sent a video of the car. Obviously unable to test drive at the moment but she made it all so easy and worry free. Unfortunately, she was furloughed so she didn’t get to complete her first sale. The rest of the process was handled by Andrew Davies who, again was fantastic! Contacted me often and if I had any questions was really helpful. When it came to collection it was a different process to what we are all used to but Andrew but it so easy and answered any final questions. I really felt that nothing was to much trouble for the team and they have reassured more that if I have any questions or issues then to call them. I literally can’t recommend them enough! Liam was friendly and helpful. I wasn’t exactly sure which model I wanted to go for but he looked at a number of options for me and explained what was available in the spec I wanted. In the end he was able to help me get my dream car at a price that was affordable to me and so far I’m extremely happy with it. All conversations and emails were clear and straightforward and made the process simple given covid restrictions. Even collection was still helpful and prestigious. Myself and my partner each purchased a brand new Audi from the Lincoln store (JCT600). Before I purchased the car I went into 2 different dealerships; BMW and Mercedes. I have only drove BMW but I felt like I needed a change and really like the Mercedes A Class. On a Friday I popped into Mercedes and asked the lady at the desk a couple of questions with regards to the car, she couldn't help and didn't get anyone to help. BMW we were promised a call back the next day, it didn't happen. We decided to go to Audi on the Saturday and I am so happy I did. The service was second to none. Jake approached us and asked if he could help, he spent about 4-5 hours with us on the Saturday and another good few hours on the Sunday. I have never had such an informed sale. Jake has worked there many years but when he is selling a car he is very passionate as if it was his first sale all over again. I am great believer in people by from people and Jake made me want to buy from Lincoln Audi. I will 100% be a returning customer to this store; thank you to all at the dealership it was a real pleasure dealing with a company that really does put their customers expectations first, you represent the Audi brand and JCT600 in a great light. I find that Audi Lincoln is a STUNNING place... both on the outside and inside. The waiting area is very comfortable. As a Audi customer you are treated like a friend with coffee tea or whatever you want rather than a client. MY salesman could not do enough for ME and what I liked was that he was always keeping in touch with the whole process by way of telephone calls or Electronic mails; which was very reassuring. The moment you enter the Audi My experience was one of friendliness and smiles all round! COMFORTABLE.! The car parking for customers/clients/ visitors is clean and tidy with bays marked out and lots of space for many people. IT IS WELL thought out as is the display of new cars close the entrance and the approved Audi cars close to the roadside which is quite tempting as you drive by ! Each car outside.... New Audis or used etc are kept washed and cleaned (I saw that the past three times I have been there within 2 mobths). Inside the building is airy, fresh, clean and SO SMART! During the Coronavirus Pandemic , Audi has taken great consideration for its clients with Health and safety. They have gotten Sanitisation equipment near the entrance, at the reception area and even in the bathroom which I can say are FRESH AND SO CLEAN. The best customer service I have received from any dealership. In the last 5 years, I have purchased from Mercedes, Land Rover, and BMW (Mini). Rowdie provided the best customer service by a country mile! He didn't pressure sell, kept us informed throughout and ensured the whole process went smoothly. Buying from Lincoln Audi was a pleasure, even in these weird Covid times. My initial enquiry was quickly responded to and a car that had only just arrived was prepared and videoed for me. The salesman, Neil, was attentive without being pushy and worked through several finance options for me, keeping in touch by phone and email. The car was prepared to an immaculate standard. On arrival to pick it up, the steering wheel and driver's seat were protected against Covid and I was left to inspect the car. Once I was happy, the car was taxed and re-registered by the dealership over the phone. It was then just a case of exchanging keys and documents (all done at a bespoke outside set up) and driving away. All very simple, very efficient and, whilst contactless, the service was still friendly and polite. When a further fault was found (chip in paintwork) on front drivers side wheel arch after driving the car home, it did make me wonder about whether all the inspections claimed had been done, especially as I had paid extra for paint protector to be applied. Anyway, hopefully just teething troubles. When I contacted Neil about the chip, he quickly sorted out a repair via the paint shop. The vehicle is back with you today for it to be done. So far only mileage I've done is home and back to Audi for repair, let's hope it's I can get the car back sorted and start to enjoy my purchase. EXCELLENT SERVICE Just to pass on some praise for the way your excellent trainee service advisor Kieran Stevens dealt with our Q3 problem 28th September. My Q3 had been developing 4 intermittent warning lights over the last few weeks and upon driving up from Kent to Lincoln they all became "solid fault lights". For peace of mind, I thought on passing your garage and with no appointment asked if there was any chance someone could have a quick look as to the cause of the fault lights and confirm my car was still safe to drive. Asi was also bringing up my 89 year old mother in law on the journey time was very limited. Kieran was brilliant and said you service technicians could plug the car into a diagnostic rig and check the faults immediately, which is exactly what happened. He confirmed the car was safe to continue the journey. He also backed up the findings in and email as promised. When i requested the bill he said there was no charge and he was glad they could help. I have been asked by Lincoln Audi what my response is now after 5 years: What a difference a few years makes, After 2 years with a BMW 520 M Sport (F10) which I loved I have since leased 2 vehicles from Lincoln Audi. The Audi sales team on both occasions were fantastic, a marked change from the way I was originally treated. I am happy to reply that I would recommend the team at Lincoln Audi. My wife and I are in the market for either a used BMW 5 Series or an Audi A6 with a budget of around £26k, I want the 5 Series but she prefers the Audi. I walked in on 4th may 2014 with my toddler hoping to view one of two used A6's that were advertised for sale on the JCT600 Lincoln website, however neither car was present at the dealership. I entered the sales area hoping for assistance when I was ignored by the sales staff. I approached the central reception desk to enquire of the two vehicles. I was informed that they were probably stored at their offsite compound. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, however when the receptionist managed to speak to a sales rep in my presence and on my behalf she was met with indifference and a lack of interest, in fact when the receptionist asked the rep about the location of the cars he agreed that they were probably in the compound, he then sat down and completely ignored me. Clearly JCT600 make enough money and don't need to sell any more cars so I have taken my custom to BMW. I was amazed at the lack of interest shown however I am delighted that this had made my mind up about what make to purchase now I just need to decide whether to go for the Touring or the Saloon but it will be an M Sport.
