I visited Dack Mercedes for a service as I had no end of problems just trying to speak to someone at the main dealer to book my car in. I’ve never used anyone other than the main dealer in the past but my experience today has changed that. I can’t applaud the help, service and communication with Dack enough. I received a first class experience. Tracy dealt with me from the start to finish and what a pleasure to deal with someone that actually came across as wanting to be helpful. Thank you. I will definitely be bringing my car back when the service is due again and my only regret is that I haven’t been to you sooner. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience with Tracy Stephenson from Dack… car had its m.o.t … made things so easy for me by picking car up in morning and then bringing it home once m.o.t was done .. had good conversation with Tracy who explained everything that had happened .. detailing every bit of the car which eventually would need addressing .. always gone to Dack and won’t go anywhere else Courteous… polite and very helpful Thank you once again

Can't fault Dack in Lincoln at all. The whole process is simple from start to finish. You're kept informed of where your car is, all work required is confirmed by a video of the fault and a text to request authorisation to carry on with the repair. The whole team I dealt with are fantastic, Tracy deserves special mention for her in depth knowledge and friendly, professional manner in dealing with any issues. Won't use anywhere else for my Mercedes.

Brilliant service from Dacks. After numerous problems with my local Mercedes dealership I decided to try Dacks. Tracy was superb. Very friendly and professional and service with a smile. MOT carried out quickly and I was allowed to watch through a window. I was invited into the workshop to discuss my vehicle which was excellent. So I came to Leo dacks motors with an issue with my engine kept going into limp mode after 3 other garages charging me and replacing parts and told me there is nothing more they could with no success, I brought my car to Leo in hope of a getting it sorted!, finally after lots of diagnostics road test by there highly qualified me mechanics/technicians they successfully found the fault! Finally fixed back on the road not a limp mode sound finally! Just want to say thankyou to all the mechanics/technicians who worked with fixing my fault absolutely over the moon, alos would like to say thankyou to Tracey who delt with me all the way through with great customer service and great attitude to her job thankyou for keeping me on the road also with your courtesy car much appreciated will be back for sure when ever I get a fault again, dack motors 5 stars all round.
