I picked up my new car today from Gouldings. Gouldings have 2 places in Lincoln, each site has a very nice selection of clean quality cars. The car i bought is in brilliant condition. They serviced and MOT'd the car, put new tyres on the front and fully valeted it. The service was brilliant start to end. I felt that John (owner) genuinely cared about the car being the right one for me and his customer service was brilliant. I do not have anything negative to say they are clearly very well experienced in what they do. Very polite and professional. I hope the car runs as good as it looks. Got my car about 8 months ago and I’m really pleased with it. Everyone at Goulding’s was extremely pleasant and professional with a helpful and friendly manner. Fantastic Service! Bought a car from these guys earlier this month after a lengthy on-line search for the right one. Due to the distance, I was unable to view the car ahead of purchase so was obviously concerned about handing over a not insignificant amount of money beforehand. Spoke with John on the phone who walked around the car with me on the other end of the phone pointing out all the relevant bits (good and bad) and gave me his assurance that if it's not delivered to me exactly as described, he would give me a full refund. Car arrived a week later on a transporter with a new MOT and it is just perfect. Not a mark on it (apart from a small mark caused by the delivery). Car did need a set of wipers when it was delivered (one was split) which I just went and bought. John paid for these without quibble/hesitation. The whole experience was easy, un-pressured and hassle-free. Proper customer service - as it should be. I wouldn't hesitate to use Gouldings again in the future.

Great company, I purchased a used Skoda Octavia for a good price. It was immaculately presented and had all of the paperwork. Everything was clear when buying and they've offered great support after the sale as well. I had a warranty issue with the clutch, which has come and gone since purchase. Gouldings have been very helpful with this and speaking with the mechanics they've promised to replace any part should it go wrong again.
