I purchased a classic car in Just Audi VW yesterday. The service I received from Stuart C was second to none, the way i was treated was as if i was buying a Ferrari. Prior to buying the car i was furnished with images of the undercarriage and any other common rust spot and to my joy there was none. My wife ended up purchasing the car without me knowing while Stuart was in on it. I collected the car yesterday and it was more than i ever could have expected. Absolutely superb experience from start to finish. Bought a Volvo from Just Audi VW, travelled from Scottish Borders to Lincoln by train for the car. I found this place when I bought a 9 month old Audi A5 from them. I couldn't help noticing the number of staff from Audi Lincoln (main dealer) that were working there. Subsequently, I took my car to them for servicing because they are cheaper than the main dealer. The Audi computerised service records are updated by them, so all good there. They are unfailingly polite and more importantly, flexible. When I was there recently with an emissions control warning light, the technician offered to fix it on Sunday if that was helpful to me. Recommended.

JUST Audi VW Wragby Road Lincoln Absolutely wonderful service from this company. I have used them with a past vehicle and always received a 5* friendly service. I have just used their bodyshop after someone hit my car on a car park. Nothing was too much trouble, my car was looked at on the day and I was assured that it would be repaired to the highest standard. Most of the insurance claim was dealt with by the garage also. Upon completion my car was in perfect condition again and I felt the staff had gone above and beyond to look after me whilst it was being done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Audi VW they are brilliant at what they do.

Their team of expert VW/Audi engineers tried various ecu's but were struggling to clear the fault so we were refunded in full without any fuss or nonsense. It is difficult to write a review regarding my experience with "Just Audi VW" without it appearing that I own shares in the business. From the moment I arrived to view an advertised Audi it could not have been a more pleasurable experience. The agent I dealt with, George, was amazingly helpful and friendly, very unlike my experience with some other dealerships. The car was well priced and the exchange figure for my old car was more than fair. After sales service has been beyond belief, if only all dealerships were the same, every little detail has been looked after without delay or quibble. They have a large range of cars which suit various lifestyles and families, and despite being a bit indecisive over what it was I wanted/needed I was guided in the right direction. Brought a car from here over a month ago. Dealt with Stuart who was excellent, no pushy sales and happy to go out of his way to help with any questions about the car, also happy to go through the trade in process with my car and 5* for his service! On arriving to pick up the car it was parked out the front and all clean and sparkly. There were some very minor stone chips that Stuart booked the car in for repair FOC and offered a loan car too. There was also only one key so they also offered to get a new one coded. The car is absolutely immaculate inside and runs perfectly. Having 3 months through RAC warranty eases the mind as well. I purchased my Audi A4 Avant end of August time unfortunately after a couple of months of having the car it came up with an Ad Blue fault which was worrying, I rang and explained the situation and they told me to bring it to them to see at my earliest convenience which I did, and I have to say the customer service I have received from them from start to finnish has been faultless!! Unforeseeably, the engine management light came on 1 day after purchase and having already embarked on a family road trip, I was provided with a replacement car to continue my holiday whilst the team replaced failed sensors under warranty. Audi A8 3.0 TDI Quattro Pleasant company no pressure selling excellent choice of vehicles. Chris who dealt with us was very professional and helpful right through the sale of our new vehicle. I would use these again as I felt confident everything was as described in the description. The only issue I have is the vehicle description of what it had was incorrect. As the vehicle I purchased does not have certain things in the description of this model. One other issue which concerned us was we had to bank transfer the money for our purchase and as there is so much online corruption we very well could have been sending the money to anyone. Fortunately the dealership are a genuine company. I’m not blaming the dealership. I’m just pointing this out.

I called them and asked to view the car. Bearing in mind Covid. They had the car ready and waiting for my arrival which was 15 minutes. A novelty as everywhere else I tried a car had about 10 miles of fuel left. The finance checks took seconds and I picked the car up 4 days later. Cleaned and ready to go They sorted out the log book. Posting there's and mine! They registered the warranty and did everything for me. The only thing I had to do was my payment details for the road tax which they had also loaded up ready for me. I got the keys and off I went Definitely recommend. On another note. About 2 weeks later I found a seat belt not working. Strange how it passed the MOT but they had it ordered and rang me next day to take in at my convenience. Free of charge. And...... they cleaned the car for me too. Iys the small things! Happy me

My first experience was a phone call to a sales representative called Adam who was helpful from the start telling me all about the vehicle I was interested in. I live a long way from Lincoln so I wanted to make sure that this was the right car for me. So Adam filmed any marks on upholstery and car body. There was no pushy selling just useful information. So I went viewed and bought my Hyundai It was a good experience from start to finish nothing was to much trouble and compared to some of the cars on display mine was not high end but I was treated just the same I'd imagine. When I got vehicle home I noticed a crack on windscreen but not where it was visible right at the bottom where it disappears into the bonnet I phoned Adam and it was sorted out straight away. Read before going here just to back your self up Purchased a vw golf from this place in early june, service by adam was spot on , social distancing, warm welcome clean car!! Now to the bad points Cars heater matrix was blocked didnt realise this as weather was warm but was refunded £110 to get this sorted, then the gear box started playing up less than 1000 miles later and when contacting the dealership I was told I would need to drive 2 hours back down to lincoln and then collect the car again a week later once they diagnose the problem but they cannot pick the car up on a recovery (even though I was told i get a 3 month warranty ) was told to contact RAC in regards to the warranty and upon getting the warranty was told it cover engine and gear box issues, when I contacted rac was told gear box is not covered under warranty and theirs nothing they can do, car was off road for approx 2 weeks while I was running around trying to get this sorted, finally took it to a gear box specialist who checked the issue and said this should be covered under your warranty as their is a broken mech and then contacted rac which finally got approved !! Basically when I contacted the dealer ship I was fobbed off, I told the timing belt and water pump on the car has been changed and the relevant paper work is in with the rest of the paper work but when checking this that hasn't been done aswell, was told the car has been serviced but when I got the cabin filter changed you can clearly tell car hasn't been serviced for quiet some time. Got the car booked in for service and then seen that the glove box was broken and had been glued together!!! Like seriously a dealership on this level using glue !!! I called them up explained just had the car serviced and this is the problem and was blatantly told that's not our problem and last but not least a xenon bulb went out and again contacted dealership and was told £108 for the bulb labour separate. Honestly really disappointed in this place but very unlikely to go back or reccomend again, friend seen a jaguar here told him what happened to me so he left it !!! Basically guys they do have some good reviews but I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND that you check any car you are buying from this place inside and out properly. Spent almost £400 out my own pocked extra within the space of 7 weeks from purchasing the vehicle I respect the reply and agree the service provided by your self and team was brilliant at the point of sale!! Service with a smile !! I agree to the fact the car is 7 years old but cosmetic wear and tear to using glue to fix something is two different matters I have pictures which I can provide if needed Over all since the car has been touched up on and everything is spot on now, I am over all happy with the car ... just didnt appreciate the headache involved within the space of 6 weeks of purchase. Also unfortunately the cam belt paper work is not in the rest of the documents and nor is it ticked on the service book, maybe it was done and the paper work for that job was misplaced but it is not with me hence I mentioned this in the comments

Bought an Audi RSQ3 from this dealer about 3 months ago. The whole experience was painless from start to finish, with an unhurried approach and none of the usual 'pressure-sales' tactics. I've waited 3 months to post my review, as I wanted to ensure the vehicle wasn't problematic. Well, I needn't have worried - it's been faultless so far... Admittedly, at one stage, just a few days in, we thought it had developed a fault, but on contacting Nathan (who sold the car), he offered to take it back for an inspection with their in-house technicians without dispute or hesitation. Turned out it was a false alarm and a return wasn't necessary. On that note, 3 months on, I'd recommend them 100% and would consider them for future purchases.

We dealt with Adam Kent and I have to say the whole buying experience was the finest I have ever had in over 49 years of being a motorist. He was very polite, friendly and not at all pushy and answered all our questions. I received a good price for our trade-in car without a lot of drama. We purchased the car, a beautiful Jaguar XF, and arranged a collection day later that week. The car was prepared to a very high standard but after leaving the premises we noticed a chip in the windscreen on the passenger side. I rang Adam and in all honesty expected a reply to the effect that "it wasn't there when you left, tough luck" I was wrong, he arranged for a technician to visit our house and repair the chip without charge. All the staff at Just Audi VW are very helpful and friendly and I will certainly be taking the car there for servicing as they have a Landrover/Jaguar trained technician. In conclusion I would highly recommend this car dealer and consider they are exceptional!

Decent service and free loan car. A bit cheaper than the main dealer unless they are doing offers so always worth checking. Loan car was clean and newish so no complaints there. Car is running well so service must have been ok. Price was a bit more than I'd bargained for but I did have a fair amount done. For repairs they offer official parts or aftermarket parts to cut the price down which the main dealers can't offer.

Can't express how great this garage is at every step of your experience. Bookings are taken constantly to suit you, they offer you replacement cars at every opportunity and have some knowledgable people in the workshop as I had the opportunity to speak to them directly. It's good that you can speak to the person that will be working on your car directly as sometimes there's some technical details I would like to pass on prior to starting the job. At one occasion I had a unfortunate accident where my driver's seat got damaged. Neither JustAudiVW or I knew when it was damaged exactly and one of the managers, Steve, took care of the whole situation with no hesitation. Nonetheless, I'll be back. Thank you guys.

Unbelievable service. Absolutely cannot fault anything . Where this review is slightly different is there where some problems with my car ultimately resulting in me exchanging. Joe went above and beyond repairing a problem that occurred at the end of the warranty period, he could very easily fobbed me off (its almost what I was expecting as had bad experiences from other dealers trying to wriggle out of a claim) . Instead Joe went above and beyond and when I was unhappy with the car due to no fault of them we negotiated a px onto another vehicle with the deal massively in my favour. To add a cherry on the cake it was advertised with one key, today I received a letter and a spare key saying it had been sent by previous owner so they thought I would want and sent to me !! It's nice to know if there is a problem Joe and his team will go out of there way to put it right even if they don't have to . Nice to find a dealer that has morals.. I purchased a Merc at short notice after my previous cars engine blew unexpectedly. Dealing with James the sales exec, the service was excellent and pressure free. He gave me the keys to any cars I wanted to view and left me to it, but was available to help if required. Test driving was hassle free and also left me to do this without him tagging along. No hard sell here and coffee on tap, excellent. After deciding I wanted the car, but urgently needed it the following day for Christmas travel, James organised the essential service, MOT and 4x new tyres so I could take it when I needed it the most. The following week, and because I needed the car at short notice, I was asked to drop the car back off for its full valet and Sutherbys G3 paint and body protection package, receiving a £70 Sutherbys aftercare car cleaning kit to take away. I've not seen a deeper shine in a car for a long time. In the few days after picking up the car before the valet, I noticed a couple of minor issues that I hadn't on the test drive. These were sorted out when the valet was done without any issue whatsoever. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great service, friendly staff and an extremely slick outfit. Nothing was too much trouble. Based on my past experiences with other Lincs car dealers, I would now have a hard time recommending anywhere else.

Well what to say? Quite simply i purchased my new car from just audi/vw purely by chance. What a decision this tured out to be. I had searched all over to find the car i wanted and it happened to be right under my nose. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Stuart. He talkes me round the car with great expertise and absolutly no pressure whatsoever. He then handed the keys to me and sent me on my way for a test drive. This just cemented the decision to cease the search for my perfect car as i had obviously found it. All the paperwork was done with great ease and i was constantly asked if i was comfortable and offered tea/coffee. However as with buying a second hand car the will always be 1 or 2 that despite being thoroughly checked to the best of their ability something will go wrong. In my case the vehicle developed an electrical fault. I phoned Stuart straight away. He could not do enough. I returned the vehicle and within 2 days it was checked, rectified and was ready for return. As i am from out of town i was given a car so as i was not inconveinienced in any way shape or form. The service i have received from this dealership is exceptional. I cannot praise them enough. I believe that Adam dealt with me when i returned my vehicle toi them for repair. I would personally recommend them for dealership of the year. The ambience of the dealership and the attitude of ALL the staff obviously stems from management all the way down. There is not a bad word to be said. If you are looking for a new car then stop your search as if you a reading this to find out then you have found the place to go. My 2 litre Q3 Quattro S line was coming up to being four years old and although I had enjoyed every one of the 19K miles we had done together (including passing the IAM advanced driving test), the firm (!) suspension of the Q3 was less than sympathetic to my wife's arthritic back condition, so I generously (!) agreed we needed to consider something more "comfortable" and in keeping with our maturing years..! Naturally it had to be another Audi and having dealt with Just Audi VW before it made sense to avail ourselves of their expertise in sourcing an appropriate vehicle. Now I had always hankered after an A8 but a new one would have been more than my wife's dress allowance could stand so I tasked the ever-efficient Bradley Dodsworth to see if he could find a pre-owned one about 2 - 3 years old, around 25 - 30 k miles and within my perceived budget. It didn't take him long to come up trumps and suffice to say I (I've just been reminded its "we") are now the happy and very satisfied owners of an A8 SE Executive, less than two years old and with just 12.6K miles under it's belt and the dress allowance is relatively untouched. So would I recommend Just Audi VW to a potential customer? Well what do you think...!
