Only use this dealership if you want great customer experience with no pressure on purchasing. I wanted to thank Steve and his colleagues in helping us. I saw the car one evening and emailed the dealership I got a reply from Steve that night. Steve sent a walk round video of the car the following morning. I discussed the purchase with the family and we closed on a deal the following day. There wasn’t much to discuss as the car was in excellent condition, fully loaded at a great price. Steve sorted out all the paperwork and kept me up to date with the purchase. Handover day, true to Steve’s word the car was as described. I hope to do business in the near future.

Fantastic place, friendly staff , not pushy at all but just very helpful and informative, we had no intention of buying a lexus but after trying 7 different showrooms and having so many cars pushed on us we decided to try Listers lexus and Toyota , Kevin Holmes was our salesman, he was superb, we explained we wanted a hybrid and he showed us every single option, we quickly had a test drive an immediately wanted the Lexus CT hybrid . We wouldn't have bought a car so quickly had it not been for his relaxed and non pushy attitude. Within 24 hours the business manager Mathew Dunderdale was finalising the finance on a Sunday ! We now own a lovely car less than 20 hours after seeing it . Excellent transition , Mathew even asked what date I wanted the finance , we have been with jaguar for ten years and they have never gave us that option . Well where do I start. 1st of all my mother in law was looking at purchasing a used car. so after checking out the online sites I found a range rover evoque on gumtree listed by listers lexus in Lincoln. After a quick phone call I spoke to Kevin who arranged a viewing appointment. Kevin was very informative . And after finding a minor defect Kevin had it rectified immediately. My mother in law was delighted and made the purchase. In the meantime my wife also showed interest in a similar vehicle a Kevin went above and beyond to find the right car for her In the meantime while we was waiting for my mother in laws car to be prepared my wife and myself arranged to have a personalised registration put on her vehicle before the collection date as a surprise . And Kevin did a fantastic job distracting her while we was waiting for the documents to be sorted out. All in all if you're looking to purchase a new or used car I'll give listers a solid 101% . What an absolutely excellent experience buying from Lexus Lincoln. Pleased to see good reviews, but I was disappointed with my dealings. I was looking to purchase a new RX. I was given many reasons why I couldn’t have a discount on vehicle mainly as any discount is used to subsidise the pcp interest rate 1.9% and that was where any available discount was. Went to my usual Lexus dealer and received a 12% discount went ahead and purchased vehicle. Lincoln contacted me after about purchasing a vehicle off them when I mentioned the deal I had received there answer was we could have matched that.

My Lexus NX was ordered remotely from Lexus lincoln, all dealings by email and phone. I had some very specific requirements which the team at Lexus Lincoln took the trouble to double check before I placed my order. Ordered in September for a December delivery, due to a combination of issues, covid included, delivery was pushed back to February. The team at Lexus Lincoln kept me informed throughout the process and were happy to delay delivery further at my request to the beginning of March. Delivered as requested with a smooth covid safe handover. The only issue was an unexpected change to the loan documents, however the key element's, net cost, debt and interest rate remained the same. Overall a good experience.

We have had Mercedes, Jaguar, BMW, Porsche and all Main Street company cars VW, Peugeot, Citroen and Honda so I have used servicing departments extensively but the Lexus IS the one that is the best. My suggestion is as you update everything on the car go the full hog and update the sat nav it is part of the car Do what others don't and everything that is standard or fitted as factory extra put the updates as part of the service. Cannot fault the friendly professional service or the car but servicing cost needs reviewing. Far too high have Porsche as weekend car and the servicing price is half the price of Lexus. Please don't let this reflect on the servicing staff as they are spot on.

This has not been a Lexus dealership for a few years now. Since Lincoln Toyota moved in it has been a cramped, overcrowded Toyota dealership with a Lexus 'corner'. Not the prestige car dealership experience expected from a brand such as Lexus, just a Toyota 'experience' at Lexus prices. This is compounded by the display of architects drawings dated June 2010 for the extension of the exiting building to accommodate the Toyota dealership - there is still no sign of the work starting. However, I have no complaints about the staff, the Lexus service team, led by Marc Eastgate, are excellent and second to none.
