Exceeding Mean when collecting my brand new car the sales man took the car to the garage to put fuel in he came back with it barely out of the red just enough to go back to the garage. Not impressed.This issue has now been resolved for the sake of £30 it's worth it to have a satisfied customer.

First time car buyer, the experience was better than I was expecting. I was not over sold products I did not want. None pushy sales man kevin looked after me all the way through. The car was handed over in facastic condition, as described. All questions answered and when appropriate photos and videos sent. We managed the sale over the phone and by email. We completed paperwork by printing out our end, so completely covid-19 safe. Pick up was done in a covid secure way also, everything was cleaned and disinfect. The keys even came in their own plastic bag.

Above and Beyond!! I’ve just purchased a used Juke from Nissan Lincoln, and right from the moment I spotted it on their website, and taking it for the longest test drive in history, I fell in love with it. A huge and sincere thank you to sales consultant Matt Pearce, he has an enormous work ethic, he works above and beyond, and with a can do attitude nothing was too much trouble and he and his manager James Tilley really did make the buying process a pleasure and a joy. From my first contact with Simon Cullen I felt extremely well looked after and nothing was too much trouble for him !! I drove over 100 miles to buy the Ford Focus and part exchange my wife’s car so it was important to have confidence that both parts of the deal suited me so as not to have a wasted journey. The personalised video of the car, along with answers to the questions I subsequently raised, was very much appreciated. I believe I was a somewhat demanding customer but at no time did I feel anything other than valued and Simon’s open and honest approach made it a pleasure to do business with him. I am aware that Simon is relatively new in his role but that was not apparent through the process of buying and selling. Unfortunately, I can assure you that my experience with Simon is, based on other recent experiences, not the norm for the industry so I was pleasantly surprised and delighted to feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole transaction.

We visited Marshall Nissan in Lincoln to have a fault repaired on our 2012 Nissan Note. Not intending to change our car, however when looking at the pre owned cars we started to think about buying. Simon Cullen offered to help us, he was very helpful and went through the options. We liked the juke range and he showed us the pre owned Tenka Bose model, he took us on a test drive, well of course we were smitten as it’s a lovely car. We were not rushed in anyway or pressured, it was our decision to purchase the car. Everything was straight forward when purchasing and Simon was very helpful indeed, he gave us time to think about the decision. We agreed we would go ahead and everything was put in place to pick up the new car a few days later. I brought a tow bar for my wife's Nissan from Rob in the parts department over the internet, from the first point of contact he delt with me in a very helpful and professional manner. I drove from Coventry to collect the part and the Nissan actually had some warning messages come up on my journey to the dealership, I asked Rob when I got to the dealer if he could get somebody to take a quick look, the service department carried out a temporary repair to get me home again. I have since had some more parts from Rob and his excellent service continued, he always called me back and replied to my messages. He understood my requirements and nothing was ever a problem for him. I believe Rob is a credit to your company and the man deserves a pay rise!!! I just wish that you were my local dealer. In almost 60years of car ownership I've met some good and some not so good car dealers. I have just purchased a nearly new Qashqai and part exchanged my own Qashqai. Given that I reside in Cornwall (300 miles distant) you might expect some difficulty. My experience of arranging a part exchange valuation with Marshall of Lincoln was exceptionally good and stress free. Their car was competitively priced and the part exchange valuation fair. The sales team of Alistair and manager Dominic were highly personable and very helpful as was Vern the delivery person. During the process I felt unable to contemplate the 600mile return journey and Dominic offered my wife and I overnight hotel accommodation. We settled on meeting half way to complete the purchase. All in all, a very good experience and I highly recommend Marshalls Lincoln. When I next need to change my car Marshalls will be my first contact.
