D. E.Phoned for an appointment for a safety recall, couldn't give a date or time and said they would call back. Four days later still no call-back. Phoned again and after several minutes was given a date and time. Arrived early and was told to go over to the reception counters which were unattended. Eventually somebody came over and took my details and apologised for the wait. The waiting area is OK for a short while but for over an hour the hard seats are not ideal. The job took just over an hour as originally quoted. So in conclusion, just satisfactory.
