Recently bought a used car from pentagon Lincoln, Larry the salesman was very good, not pushy, and honest enough to admit if he did know the full details when asked one of many questions, but he quickly put that right by asking colleagues. When a couple of slight issue arose, he rectified them straight away and reassured us that everything would be ok. So more than happy with the service so far.

It resulted in us placing an order for a new Clio Techno and we were told the delivery will be a while and he did not make any false delivery promises. Despite the fact that we bought a vehicle from a private seller Pentagon undertook the painstaking process of rectifying a big problem that we realised the vehicle had once we got it home. Everyone was so helpful from my first enquiry at a new Renault dealership for me as I have moved to a different county. I explained my needs as a person with Parkinsons & a wheelchair users. How I fund it difficukt to function first thung in the morning. So to make everything easier for me tgey arranged for my vehicle to be colle ted and returned. The day before I was contacted and given the name of the person who would be collecting my vehicle. On the morning John called me to check if if was convenient for him to arrive in about 30 minutes to collect the vehicle. I was called during the servicing to get permissions to change the key fob battery. Once the servicing was completed I was called to check if it was a good time to return the car and to take payment. 5 star customer service experience from start to finish. I really liked the video of the health check of the underside of my car a view I don't usually get to see.

He ensured I had every detail about the car I wanted and delivered it to my home just days later! They obviously take covid-security very seriously at this branch as well, and I appreciate him making sure I was aware of every precaution in place, ahead of their arrival: this included sanitising the vehicle, wearing masks, helping me with the paperwork in a socially distanced manner, etc. As for extraordinary service: mobile signal can be temperamental in my area - with this in mind, Paul kindly went out of his way to work around this and scheduled times to call me, so I could plan to be somewhere I could receive the calls, also communicating via email at times to help! I was very surprised that a distance sale made mostly over the phone could have been as personalised as it was, yet every option offered to me was made with my own personal circumstances in mind. Luke’s service was incredible and I could not fault it in a single way. We came in overwhelmed with the amount of cars we could choose from, but Luke quickly reassured us and helped us pick a suitable SUV for our family. He was always warm with welcomes, offering us teas and coffees, making sure to ask us if we wanted top ups once we finished. He gave us a couple of options that would suit our needs, but with his extensive knowledge he remembered on the cars, he made choosing very easy. The car we decided to look at more was prepared and ready to go before we came (sparkling clean) meaning we could look around it and see the specs of the car in person. Luke answered any questions we had reassuringly and again with a fantastic memory on specs of the car, what it could do and the drive ability. He then offered for both me and my husband to take it on a test drive. All the way through the drive he made us feel comfortable and at ease, as driving a new car can be a bit nerve wrecking. He explained a couple of specs in a bit more detail now the car was on and driving, again from his fantastic memory! We knew from here we wanted this car. Once we got back, Luke and Lynn worked their upmost hardest to find us an amazing deal on part exchanging our cars and working on a finance offer that suited us too for the car and a couple extras they also sold. In a couple days, (with regular phone calls to keep us updated) we were able to sign to confirm the car was ours! I cannot thank Luke and Lynn enough for the hard work they put in to make sure we got the best car for our family. I would happily go buy another car tomorrow as the service, warmth and reliability on these two was beyond 5*.

We were able to view and assess the car without experiencing any pressure or hard-sell tactics from David. Recently bought a Renault Kadjar. My sales advisor was Norman to whom i had good communication with. The process of buying was very quick and easy. The only problem i have found is the car was said to have been valeted but car parking tickets from 2017 was found in the drivers side door and general cleaning of the car had clearly not been done by the valeting team. However after speaking with Norman, i will rearrange a date for this valet to take place. Scratches to the alloys was worked on prior to collection and a great job had been done. 👍. My visits to Pentagon Lincoln have always been a positive one. However on this occasion I carnt say that this was the case. Whilst I know my car was receiving the best care and attention the staff did leave a little to be desired. Whilst waiting for my car to be serviced I was subjected to hearing bouts of very bad language both over the phone and on the shop floor. Words such as f***k, and D**k and a few others. If i wanted to put a bet on with Ladbrooks thanks to the lads I would now know how to do this. If you have any doubts 're my feed back then please put your own personal shopper as a "waiter" in the seated area. Am not so sure that you are also getting value for money having that many staff working a Saturday.
