M. V.Fantastic place, such a nice bunch of helpful people who keep a promise & get things working for you again, highly recommended.
I was on holiday in an older Mercedes based motorhome with an already dodgy starter & then the alternator failed. Called them, took it in Tuesday & back on Wednesday when the parts arrived for fitting. They even found a problem I didn't know I had & fixed it for free as well. First class job, finished the holiday as planned & everything worked noticeably better than before!

R. A.Happy with the new brake pipe ends fitted and brake system bleed today. Top service and great value for a brake fluid leak fix. Very professional and reliable team from start to finish. Same day collection was a bonus.
g. m. (.Limp mode on my 1998 Sprinter solved. First diagnostic pointed to a glow plug problem but that didn't work, so further investigation came up with faulty Turbo. S & P replaced it, not an easy job. So far only done 150 miles but it ran like a dream, so fingers crossed limp mode is now in the past.
M. C.Feel the actual service on my Mercedes was probably OK. What was disappointing was that on two occasions I’d been told that a B service was around (1st) £300 then (2nd) £288 plus vat . It actually came to a little over £420 inc vat. On top of that it was twice not ready by the time stated. Happy to pay for good reliable service and thought with Mercedes this would be the case. Hence my disappointment.

Our company van was recovered within 2hrs on a Friday afternoon and the vehicle was repaired and available for collection on the following Wednesday, excellent serivce, they also serviced the van for us.
Updates given on the Saturday, Monday and Tuesday - prices agreed before work commenced, great communication and cannot fault the service received.

Their staff are always friendly, approachable and go the extra mile for customer service but are as knowledgeable on maintenance and service again as any manufacturer dealership. With any job, prices are always provide up front with updates on progress throughout the job.
With longer opening hours that are aimed at serving the customer, we cannot recommend them highly enough and would certainly not be thinking of taking our vehicles anywhere else.
