I was pleasantly surprised about the level of service during my service and MOT. As soon as I got there, I asked a male member of staff where I should go, as I wasn't sure. He didn't only show me, but waited till I got there, and opened the door for me. The staff member that served me inparticular after this was very friendly and very nice looking if im honest! Hi All, 03/04/2021: I have just had delivered a used Civic SR 1.8 AUTO in white from Vertu Honda Lincoln. The car arrived literally in " as new " condition with a great valet and still immaculate after the journey up to Glasgow. Excellent customer service; I definitely felt important. I was made aware of scratches and damage without prompt and even after I had given a deposit they found more damage, alerted me and repaired it. Jack was even willing to come in on his day off to complete the sale, I didn't see this as necessary so offered an alternative solution. 1st class service, both before the sale, during, and afterwards.

As a sales garage, good. We booked our car in for a repair almost a month ago because we had been subject to a recall and were going anyway. No-one told us they carried no parts and all they would do is look and say you need a repair! Lesson learned, we will let them do this one but in future go to a proper garage.

What an experience I'd give 10 stars if I could. I've always been very suspicious of car salesmen in the past but I can honestly say Charlie has laid my fears to rest. Extremely satisfied after recently buying a car from Vertu Honda Lincoln. My compliments to both the friendly sales team (especially Chris and Charlie) and service team. A mechanical problem emerged within a month after buying. After a brief conversation with Chris a courtesy car (one of their top demo Honda Civics and a nice one btw) was sent with a driver to the place I work (roughly 1 and a quarter hours away from Honda) and my car was driven back by the same driver to Honda for repairs. So I was able to keep myself mobile during the days my car was in repairs. After this, my car was swapped over again (at work). This dealer and especially the team is, in my opinion, one of the best I ever had the pleasure dealing with and could highly recommend Vertu Honda Lincoln to anyone interested in buying a car from them. Having spotted that Vertu Honda Lincoln were advertising the model that I wanted I contacted them and got a quotation including a price for our trade -ins. Since they were geographically a considerable distance away I then contacted various dealers who were much nearer to where I live. Not one of them could get anywhere near to the price quoted by Vertu Honda Lincoln. So the deal with Vertu was struck and we proceeded to Lincoln where we were greeted warmly and were shown politeness and consideration ( I was pouring with rain all day ). I can honestly say I did not regret for one second my decision to deal with Vertu Honda at Lincoln - in my experience a great organisation.
