Went in a week ago and put a deposit on a lovely Peugeot 308 estate, £4995. immaculate inside but had a few scratches on the bodywork, as a 64 plate to be expected. Phil said he would sort them for me when the car will be ready to be collected. Ian called me a few days later to say cars ready for pick up so went down after work and as promised scratches had been sorted and car was gleaming inside and out 😃 Full service history and 3 months warranty. I’ve driven the car over the weekend and up to now smooth runner and great value for money, I’m delighted with it. So if you need a used car I would highly recommend them, Phil and Ian really sound fellas, friendly and honest which is what you want when buying a new car 👍🏻👍🏻

Couldn't ask for better service. Good choice of cars for all budgets, decent finance options if needed. Staff offer friendly banter which is always welcome and the transaction was easy. Car on collection was immaculate too & came with a six month warranty. After two months the car developed a fault (OSF suspension spring). Called Monday morning. Dropped car off Monday lunch time. Picked car up Monday tea time. Repair was covered by the warranty with no questions asked and no messing about. Would definitely return to this place. Thanks very much to both Steve and the mechanic team.

I went there because it was recommended by a friend. I had tried 3 other dealerships first. I had seen and test drove some nice cars with finance packages that didn't quite meet my needs but I could manage at a push. Overall I never really felt the feeling of being personally valued only that the sale was what was important. I found Walton car centre to be laid back as they didn't crowd me, when I did finally choose to approach the staff they very quickly listened to my desires and needs both from the car and from the financial package and gave me a choice of 2 cars they felt would meet my needs from there selection. One of the two was perfect. Both for my personal and financial needs. I truly felt as if I have been listened to and my opinion valued as the car I bought suits me down to the ground. I would highly recccomend walton car centre as it seems to truly value the customer's choice and needs. Not just the sale.

So we are new to the area and while we were out looking for a car we quite literally stumbled across this place. The customer service and level of care we were given by far exceeded our expectations. We managed to get the car we were looking for with lots of help and support from staff whilst choosing. They took the worry and stress out of buying a second hand car which by the way came with 6 month guarantee incase any issues crop up. 12 months RAC breakdown cover and a 12 month MOT. We would highly recommend this company and would make it our first port of call for any future car purchases.

Bought a Corsa from them just over a week ago at the time of writing this. So far I have had no issues with the car, which is a good sign. The salesman was very proffessional and the transaction was quick and painless. Got free 12 months RAC recovery with the car and 6 months platinum RAC warranty, and to be honest that is a bonus that most garages I have used in the past don't offer this.

Bought my Renault Scenic here June 2015.Steve the salesman sorted out great finance for me as my credit history was none too good. Had a small problem with a dirty seat belt which wasn't their fault but as soon as I told him it was fixed straight away.Lately it started to have alarm going off, which I know now is a common Renault fault, went in this morning the car was taken in straight away, offered me a lift home while they looked at it, a couple of hours later phoned to say it was fixed.Great service, especially as it is now out of warranty.Like most places they need the chance to put things right when told.It will be going there for its mot without hesitation.

Got my first car from here back in February. Absolute scam - They made a point of it having "all new parts" after a full service (plugs, oil change, oil filters ect) but when we consulted an impartial mechanic (who my family has dealt with for years, completely genuine bloke so we know his words the truth. Plus my farther is a mechanic as well) it became obvious none of this was done. We instantly had a major problem with the clutch which cost us a few hundred pounds to get repaired by our mechanic friend even though this was again something they said they'd looked at. They also said they replaced the exhaust, but we don't know for sure if they actually did it (but have our suspicions considering the lack of the other work being done). If they did, it would explain why the heat shield fell off too and was rattling against the ground as the bolts securing it had completely pulled through. I have given 3 stars as some of these issues happened more recently and may be able to be blamed on wear during my use, but as for stuff like the lack of parts being replaced when they said it would be done those are inexcusable. I will also put my hand up and say we never contacted them about the issues - I had wanted to but my dad (who bought the car) is very overwhelmed at the moment and didn't have the energy to deal with it (my mum was in hospital at the time). Would be very wary of using this firm and make sure to get any vehicle you buy from them double checked ASAP. They also state they will provide your vehicle with an MOT as part of the sale (at least they did for us), but considering the conflict of interest there between them not being able to sell it if it fails and wanting to make the sale, i would not trust their MOT's to be safe myself. Generally just be very wary when buying from them.
