D. I.First I'd like to say that the lady evaluating my car was very kind and helpful! I'd give 4 start rather than 5, only because once quote given and you take the car there, they would reduce significant amount for the smallest imperfections, but would not consider adding value based on upgrades, added features or "as new" condition exceeding any expectations.

£560 they offered mostly due to a tiny bit of surface rust on a door.
