The team were excellent right from the first call to book the investigation appointment to providing updates on progress to handing me back the keys. I found them to be friendly, polite and engaging. I also found it really great customer service that my car was washed and hoovered inside as part of the investigation. As I have only recently purchased the car, I have not yet had to book a service for the car, but I will certainly be using Hyundai Ancaster Catford for my services going forward. We had the best customer service we could wish for. Our Hyundai i800 had a faulty bonnet sensor. We went to Ancaster without a booking and asked for their help with the issue; They were very helpful, I explained the problem and how annoyed we were about the beeping noise, they booked the car in for the next day and solved the issue very quickly. I highly recommend this dealer, their team are brilliant. Thank you so much for all your help.

I had an amazing employee helping me throughout the sales process. Anthony answered all of my questions and went out of his way to find out additional information if needed. He was very honest and went above and beyond to ensure the car I was buying was right for me. Throughout the entire process I felt like I was in good hands and was buying from the right place. Prior to coming into Ancaster in Catford I called to enquire about the vehicle I was interested in, Anthony was completely professional, created a video of the car and then sent it to me directly. From the moment my Dad and I walked into the dealership we were welcomed and then offered a coffee by an employee named Jonathan, although he was not leading with the sales process he showed willingness to answer any of our questions and was very lovely and polite. The sales process was painless and smooth, which is exactly what anyone would want from a dealership. I was called a week after the sale to see how I was getting on with the car and I am absolutely delighted with the purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next purchase!

Easy to book morning slot. Dropped car off evening as had a workman at house next day and thought it would make it easier too for Ancaster. No one informed me that slot was all day - appears it's only done within couple of hours if you wait! Plan had been to miss rush hour. Had to keep phoning for update on when it would be finished.
Big shout out though for whoever cleaned that car after - he did a fab job

I went to Ancaster Catford after not getting the call backs promised by the Welling branch. I had decided to test drive a Hyundai i10 N Line. The service and information from Tony Clark was awesome. He gave me a lot more information than I had been given about the scheme at a previous dealership (Jemca Toyota in Bromley). He answered all the questions both myself and my friend asked, was very polite and made us feel welcome. We got a good picture of how the car is and how it handles as my friend knew the area so took me to roads with speed humps, a steep hill to test the hill start assist and some narrow roads.
He has kept me informed of the process all the way since then and I was ecstatic when he sent me a video today to let me know he had picked up the car yesterday (my birthday!). The original delivery date was 16th of November then collection around the 22nd/23rd so it's great that I can collect on the 16th.
My only bug bear is that even though the N line is top of the i10 range it doesn't have heated seats which my 9 year old i10 Style does. Once i explained to Tony why I need heated seats, he checked around and got the information that I needed in terms of both company and prices and even that he could arrange it so that I wouldn'thave to pay the costin a lump sum. I could spread the payments. I decided on buying heated cushion covers and which usual salesman wouldn't have tried to persuade me to go with the more expensive option?
I'm truly happy that Tony will be my first port of call for the next 3 years. I hope Ancaster pays him well cos he's definitely an asset to their team. I don't think I'll be switching to any other dealership any time soon!

I bought my car here 6 years ago and have always taken it back for a service. This time, I booked in for a silver service which was recommended. When the garage rang to confirm I was told I was booked for a bronze service. No problem, I was told, silver will be done. When I took the car in again I was told bronze service. No problem, silver will be done. Even when I picked the car up the paperwork said that a bronze service was done, but I was assured that a silver service was done. I don’t believe it was. Very disappointed.
